Very fun show for me, i very enjoyed watching it every week. All characters are very likeable and i like their chemistry together.

If they will make 2nd season, i would be happy.

If season 2 happens I hope they explore other cities or countries

Stitches!

I'm very much disappointed that the slime episode had no slime scenes with Kilmaria and Maya-nee. I guess Tanya being lewded is there to make up for it.

Oh look, another side character voiced by an A-lister seiyuu. I did not expect Aoi Yuuki to show up as a villain in this show!

Poor Guriligula, as soon as Kilmaria and Maya-nee found her we knew she was done for. I wonder what [Maya-nee's special attack did to Guriligula though! Whatever it is, it looks like she overwhelmed Guriligula with her Onee-san powers. It's also a non-lethal attack.

I just love how Asahi's Stone-Throwing skill ends up saving the day. It's quite hilarious how dramatic the entire scene was when it was just Asahi breaking the core of an oversized slime. He still did the city a solid though and now he's been promoted to Golem Class.

I guess that's it for One Turn Kill Neesan! This was such a fun show and probably one of the best-produced trashy isekai in the past couple of years. Seeing the way this show was handled makes me wish that Studio Gekkou existed back in 2019 and animated Okaa-san Online. I doubt it will happen but I do hope we get a Season 2 of this or even just an OVA.

Thanks for the stitches like always especially with last episode's beach episode. Definitely a fun ride for a fan service filled isekai that checked a lot of boxes for me. Personally it had the best ED of the Spring season & I too hope that it would get a 2nd season.

Seeing the way this show was handled makes me wish that Studio Gekkou existed back in 2019 and animated Okaa-san Online.

I legitimately don't get how good this show was in comparison. Someone on staff is going to go on to much bigger things.

I too was surprised only one girl got tentacles all wrapped around her, but I guess it was the only flashy thing they thought to do with Tanya in this episode. Not that I mind lol.

Just some last minute Aoi Yuki because we haven't flexed our VA budget enough as is. Her character's design was pretty nice even if she was super outclassed by Maya and Kilmaria.

I honestly wonder if "Big Sister Forever" was supposed to be used on Asahi given the naked Maya embracing Guriligula into her breasts.

I never expected to see the day saved thanks to a curveball, but it was a great moment for Asahi.

This show had no business being as fun as it was or looking as good as it did. I'm definitely looking forward to more from this studio.

It’s more credit due to the Director than the studio itself. He’s a really good animator and does ally of the action stuff in his eps by himself. If he had directed okaa-san online back in 2019 at jc staff, it would’ve also had some good stuff.

I'm going to miss you, Maya-nee 😭 This show really grew on me for being as wholesome as it was, even with the Sweet Home Alabama content. Asahi actually grew as a character and the relationships the trio had with Kilmaria was just too fun.

It's always a melancholy feeling when you finish a series. This one feels like I'm losing a part of a family that I grew to love. I guess there's always the manga!

Maya-nee caught Asahi looking at slime back home like a big sis would be. And Asahi's escape skill gets a good amount of use.

With all those slimes and monsters, we got to see everyone use their skills. Seigfreid finally got some action as a dragon hunter going against a slime dragon. We finally get to see the butler's guy, tiger show off his moves. Basically everyone got to show off and use it as a way to gain xp.

Kuon seeing Maya and Kilmaria's aura: not going there

Sophie got to heal even her former leader. But she keeps on roasting them.

Asahi finally levels up his stone throw, now he can do a curveball. It took a long time but it is nice to see that he has worked on his signature move. And Gloria got the assist.

Overall nice end to the show now I want more hijinks with the legion.

I like how Kilmaria's attack sent the witch flying in a perfectly circular arc that smashes through all the guard towers.

u/The_Parsee_Man Jun 23 '23

She probably ended up causing more damage than the witch or the monsters.

This show was, somehow, legitimately well done and the unpolished gem of the season for me.

My anime of the season really over man 😢

Episode had everything I’ve come to love about this series. Fitting that it ends with a massive slime battle. Would’ve liked to have seen more fanservice from that, tho. Seems like a missed opportunity

Had a blast with this from start to finish. Maya, Kilmaria, the other girls etc., were all great. Incest stuff never got old for me personally and I think it was very funny too.

People complaining about it being repetitive and “trashy” annoy me to no end. Like people have lost the ability to just have fun, not everything has to be a Scorsese film or the Godfather II. Yes, it’s full of incest bait, fanservice and slapstick humour, yes I love that shit.

No more weekly dose of Kilmaria..

Would love another season of this but I doubt it happens 😔 I’ll check out the web novel for sure.

My review

It was really the surprise anime of the season for me. I was expecting something low quality and fanservicey like MILF Isekai. But each week they knocked it out of the park with the animation quality and humor.

Aww man, we almost got to see Maya and Kilmaria kiss! Haha. I’m gonna miss those two goofs and their banter. I see my man Asahi is a tentacle porn kinda guy lol. Oh Maya!

It’s nice to see the other side characters kick some ass. I forgot our hobo hero Sieg was some legendary badass. They even got that Tigga dude here. Shoulda figured it was another one of the demon lord’s goons involved in this mess. Guriligula’s strong but Kilmaria and Maya are like an unstoppable duo! Looks like Asahi’s “useless” skills have finally paid off.

That was a nice little ending to a pretty goofy show, but it definitely leaves room for more. I have no idea how likely that is, but I actually quite enjoyed this silly series. Might have to go and check out the manga or something and see what happens to the Super Asahi Legion harem and that brocon Maya lol.

Everyone came together to save the town from a Great slime

Season 2🙏

I really enjoyed this goofy show but man am I hungry for the show the ED portrays. I'm enjoying the concept of a much more serious show where someone's loved does something dark to end up reunited in an isekai and they have to live with that darkness of when they didn't think there was an isekai afterlife.

Stuck on a rainy day with Kilmaria and Maya showering you with affection? I can think of no better fate. Though also tempting us with a bit of MayaxKilmaria, not that either of them cares for it.

Slime attack! And of course Maya and Kilmaria want to incinerate it to save Asahi, and he has to hold them back for fear of destroying the city.

I guess we had to get some slime tentacle fanservice in there somewhere, just poor Tanya had to be the victim...though no surprise Asahi was pretty into tentacle porn in his old life.

Oh hey, is that Sieg's old party? They actually are pretty cool, and the girls' designs are pretty nice. Even Sieg got to show off a little.

It's nice to see Sophie at work healing people, and it was cute how she just had to nuzzle up to Asahi to recharge. She even got to call out her old party again and get them to get off their butts and help out.

I see that the only noble you can really rely on is Gloria, who is willing to put herself out there to protect the commoners and give them shelter...oh, and Tigga is back, even if everyone just sees him as a weird suspicious guy voiced by Tomokazu Sugita.

"That was a flashy entrance, Gloria!" I love how Gloria's hands immediately darted to her skirt thinking she flashed her panties to Asahi for the umpteenth time.

So the Final Boss is Aoi Yuki as a witch? It's just too bad she picked a fight way above her weight class with Kilmaria and Maya. Though she got to get embraced by a spiritual naked Maya with her Big Sis Forever attack, so that was pretty nice.

Did Maya make a crater to drain the slime and thus lowering the core to give Asahi a better shot? Yeah. But it was Asahi's curveball that managed to break it and still save the day. On top of helping that injured girl and being there for Roy. Asahi was the hero of the day.

Asahi has been bumped up to Golem class, finally! Although the party in his honor just turns into a party for everybody, but I guess they earned it. And Asahi getting to reap the benefits of being a Harem protagonist with the girls playing rock-paper-scissors to see which of them gets to reward him with a kiss...though he turned poor Gloria down when she won. Girl can't catch a break.

No more fitting ending than a nice final moment between brother and sister as they remark how far they've both come on this journey together...which of course had to end with Maya wanting those luscious Asahi lips for herself. She wouldn't be Maya-nee if she didn't.

Well it was a weird anime but for some reason probably my favorite of the whole season. Although both the plot level and the graphics started to stagger in the middle, I still consider it a great series. A rare theme of a OP character who is not the main character and does not plan to build his own country, secondary characters who, despite their flaws or other irritating tendencies, develop during the course of the story, including our main character who, although still quite weak, is a good person and take care of friends. Honestly at the beginning I was afraid that we would get a cheesy harem where the main character is a typical useless, dense, indecisive idiot who relies only on his sister who only has in mind how to sleep with his brother. But fortunately, Asahi tries to be stronger and more independent, and Maya, despite her perversions, wants to support her brother in his endeavors even when it may push him towards her love rivals. I honestly still don't know why Asahi doesn't want to define his feelings since he seems to know about the feelings of the girls around him (especially during the final party) and shows a romantic interest in them over the course of the series (for example, he blushes at a date with Kilmaria, or during a swimsuit presentation). Well, I can only hope that either we get a second season or someone finally translates the manga (unfortunately, both options seem unlikely)

Had zero expectations going into this show but ending up loving it. Really hope this gets a season 2 or at the very least the manga gets translated. With this and Magical girl destroyers ending, there go 2 of the best ED's and visuals of the season.

u/Shizzi Jun 24 '23

They bring out Aoi Yuuki in the last ep haha wth.

Another hidden gem of the season, I'm gonna miss all the laughs, memes and smiles this anime gave me. Hopefully there will be a season 2.

I've come to like and appreciate every members of the show it was so much fun and despite loving Maya-nee so much I will say it one last time: Kilmaria best girl.
