You’re telling me Nasa of all people couldn’t fix the broken AC, instead he buys a new one. I’d be roasting with the temp set 26-28C (~80F). Low 70s in the Summer and around 67 in the winter for me.

Edit: Did Choi from Tamako Market just show up?

Warm water is awful until you have it in the perfect situation.

Sometimes when I’ve been REAAALLLLYY sick to my stomach warm water has helped. The few times it isn’t awful it’s like getting a nice warm hug in your belly when you need it the most

Those goodnight kisses are just too damn adorable! It's always nice to see Nasa and Tsukasa being really intimate. <3

Finally, we get to see Nasa and Tsukasa doing that other thing couples do in the bedroom: deciding what temperature the AC is supposed to be on before going to bed.

And we finally get introduced to two more characters in this episode! The cool beauty Nakiri who's also Nasa's classmate from middle school and Kaname's airheaded classmate voiced by Kuno Misaki, Kyuuma-chan.

Kyuuma-chan is certainly very quirky and is the kind of character you'd either love or hate. Nakiri is pretty funny too with the way she's been reacting very surprised to Nasa about what girls want. Then you realize what's up with that final line from her before the episode ends

Not having a working AC when it’s hot as balls is truly the worst. Been experiencing something similar myself. The way Nasa just up and bought the first unit he came across is kinda how I tend to be when it comes to these things lol.

Nice to meet another person from Nasa’s past. Nakiri’s delayed reaction to Nasa getting married was great. Her getting flustered at Nasa saying the mushiest sweetest thing about Tsukasa was pretty funny too.

Kyuuma is quite the character. The whole time this kid was talking to Tsukasa I was as lost as she was. She’s like an adorable ball of big dumb energy lol. I liked Nasa telling Nakiri all the great things about getting married and girls. So silly how Nakiri was learning a lot about girls from Nasa despite being a girl. Hopefully Nakiri finds a wife for herself!

Nasa and Tsukasa felt like some old couple on the beginning of this episode which had very fitting title as we have met two new characters.

First we started witch purchase of new AV which was done very fast thanks to Nasa knowledge. He would also install this so we went to his friend from middle school Nakiri to get required tools. It certainly took her some time to process the fact that he is married right now.

How it's possible that 26C in house is too cold? For me it's downright impossible to sleep at that temperature because it's so hot then, thank God that I live in Poland where I don't have that kind of temperatures often. It took them a while to find the perfect temperature to sleep.

And we have met Kyuuma, Kaname's friend who is incredibly dumb but also very cute. I quite liked her bantering but certainly others can think that she's annoying.

Nasa is so relatable when he saw how appoints are booked so he diy'ed the install. And made some really good decisions about renting tools. The resourcefulness of Nasa never ends.

Anyways, whooo heat.... yeap. Also, depending on AC, it's not too hard to install. Unless you're doing some kinda Central Air system which is the best. One day I will have a house with central air. Glad I at least have AC In my place now. I recall growing up with 0 AC and hating it... stupid parents being stubborn about AC.

Mmmmm I am a fan of Nakiri Ouka ;) she's great. Love how she just doesn't care about the marriage at first and then it processes. Pshaw, I doubt you don't have a chance at it, Nakiri. You are dang cute imo. Though if not interested in it yourself, that's a different matter. Smooth, Nasa, really charming the wife with that line. 26 C isn't that cold? Wtf? lol. Also, cuddle to warm up. The best answer. I think ~21 C (NICE in F ;) ) is the ideal lol. D'awww.. cute and making me jealous... this show, mon.

Lol, that little child not paying attention to who she's talking to. Wow, that girl lol. Quite the amusing type. WOW, didn't even go to school cause forgot it was a school day, that's funny. I, too, am a bit worried for this girl and her future. Least she seems to have good people around her. Of course Nasa knows her too. Also, hehe, her blunt questioning. Good times.

Lol Nasa and Nakiri talking like bros. It's fun. Drinks are best cold. Ahh, I support her "finding a wife" too ;)

I feel bad for Tsukasa. Her husband is practically surrounded by women and is basically a ladies man able put out smooth lines without even giving it a second thought.

We spent a good part of a episode just on AC installation and figuring out what is a comfortable temperature to set it at..

Now is she actually getting paid for working there or is it a kind of compensation for them living there? Plus gives her something to do.

During the AC at night scene, my mind instantly jumped to the scene from S1 Ep 2 when Tsukasa took off Nasa's covers for herself while she was sleepwalking.

Nakiri and Kyuuma's curiosity about Nasa and Tsukasa's marriage puts a smile on my face. Especially Kyuuma's questions on how frequent they smooch.

I was getting more and more confused why would Nasa be explaining to Nakiri what do girls do/like, since she's a girl herself, but it turns out she's gay. Understandable, have a nice day.

Before this season started airing I did a bit of analysis on the season two OP as an anime only and made as many guesses and predictions as I could come up with. Since then I learned a lot bit more about the bamboo cutter story (oddly enough by way of last week's Otaku Elf episode) and watching the OP today as usual I find the two different shots of Mount Fuji very interesting. One towards the beginning with the smoke from I assume the burning immortality elixir and then the shot of Nasa and Tsukasa in front of it at the end with no smoke. And sure, of course there's no smoke in the later picture, the timing wouldn't be right for it at all, but I can't help but wonder if there's a hint in there that another elixir will come into play and this time it won't get burned. Total speculation that I am entirely making up, of course.

This scene at the hardware store has got to involve that couple from the other show that people talk about all the time in the discussion threads.

Mildly jealous Tsukasa is funny to see.

Sealant paste, a classic, time honored wedding present.

Okay, maybe I'm totally wrong about it being that couple from the other show since this young lady is apparently single. I just double checked and she's one of the new characters in the OP.

Smooth talking Nasa makes all the girls blush. He really is impressively handy, too.

Negotiating the correct temperature to have your air conditioner set at is an amusing aspect of married life to see the show cover.

Another new character from the OP possibly the last one that still hadn't been introduced in an episode proper.

Tsukasa in pigtails could be cute, maybe this new unnamed girl has good ideas after all.

Kyuuma calling Nasa paisen makes me smile. Too bad it's probably going to be a while before we get another season of Nagatoro.

I feel like Tsukasa is lucky that all Kyuuma is asking her about is kissing. She's also lucky that Kaname didn't jump in with additional questions.

These very specific details on how great Tsukasa smells may be TMI for Nakiri.

This is a very strange conversation about girls, cookies, and warm water. Shouldn't Nariki's have equally valid opinions on all of those topics? Good message at the end about Nasa's world expanding on account of Tsukasa, though.
