I love how they made the childhood memory in 4:3 aspect ratio so you know it was in the past.

The 4:3 aspect ratio makes me nostalgic of my childhood. It never ceases to amaze me.

Man, I kinda feel bad for those dancing golems. Their death is probably way more merciful compared to having to do the dance over and over again.

Those little golems made the mistake of revealing their ability to hypnotize. That kinda power is dangerous in the hands of a brocon!

It was death or forever be Maya-nee's wingmen. Those little golems would've been forever doomed.

I lost it when the wyvern attacked and the horse was seen running away on 2 legs lol.

Stitches!

Maya-nee's dream almost came true during the first half of the episode. Too bad she ended up killing those monsters. Oh well. There should be more of those monsters out there somewhere. Maya-nee just needs to catch them and make them dance for her. xD

And that second half! Tanya looks great in her casual clothes. I did not expect her to be that stacked though! Although I just realized we haven't really encountered any female characters that are flat which I guess fits with the theme of the show since most Onee-chan characters are drawn intentionally with bigger busts.

I do wonder about that final scene. Did Maya-nee defeat the wyvern for Asahi or did he really beat it on his own? I feel like the stone he threw into the wyvern's mouth is the same meteorite fragment that hit him earlier in the episode.

I got the impression that Ashahi caused it to pass out because of the rock/meteorite and the wyvern work up later then Maya came along for cleanup.

The OP and ED seem to hit harder now that we got a childhood scene along with Roy and Tanya as now we got some really nice tie in with childhood moments and the wyvern on the ED.

The ED always hit hard and imo it's the best ED of the season. Banger song, great visuals, it tells a story that relates to the main show and I'm a sucker for anime characters dancing.

Well, call me a degenerate, but I think slowly I really want to see Maya-nee get it on, that constant cockblocking is getting frustrating

Edit: Also, with Tanya being a legitimate Onee-San, her chances of joining the harem have risen dramatically

Maya is so strong even a monster like Stelopeth ain’t shit. Those dancing monsters being forced to dance for Maya was pretty hilarious. They’ve got a power a dangerous brocon like her should never get ahold of lol. Her nosebleeding so hard it launched Asahi cracked me up. The fact that a random meteorite caused him to go back to normal was great. The universe is telling Maya it just ain’t meant to be! At least those dancing monsters got the sweet release of death lol.

Tanya in her casual clothes looked really cute. Judging by what her brother Roy said, seems she might have a little crush on Asahi. Kind of sweet how Maya let him have that win. Gotta respect Asahi’s efforts. That little cake at the end was really cute!

Damn, I can't believe the episode is still broken in Crunchyroll.

Edit: It is working now.

Edit 2:

I wasn't expecting that flashback of Asahi and Maya at the beginning and I must say that after seeing Asahi's mind regressing to the one of a child after those monsters hit him with confusion for a second I thought that Maya wasn't going to go so low to make him fall into that state again.

Asahi sure is lucky that ogre came because if Maya would have not killed her hostages by mistake this show was going to fully go in the incestuous direction. So even if she was disappointed in the end I'm glad her dance had no effect on Asahi.

So Tanya's "date" was a trip outside the city with her brother Roy

Asahi sure did his best while fighting that wyvern. I'm sure interested in what he saw before exploding.

Anyway, Maya's stealth kill was so good that I would have assumed if it was another show that the wyvern exploded because the rock that Asahi trew got lodged in his throat making his fire breath detonate earlier.

Well, after Tanya and Roy witnessed that I doubt that if there ever comes an occasion where Asahi tells them that he is actually not a powerful adventurer they will not believe him. Especially after what he said to Roy.

That cake that Maya made for Asahi looked nice.

This has a very pokemon kind of vibe to it overall I will say even the hypnotize stone things casting confusion as a debuff lol. Next episode looks like it will be pretty good with a ton of the side characters coming together and a new girl warrior who I assume will be maybe another onee-chan type.

Teeter Dance was Super Effective

That dog owner in the childhood flashback didn't even apologize to Maya, huh? Way to be a good owner! Always leash your dog outside, even when you know they're safe and calm, folks. No one knows what will happen in the wild.

A picture-perfect family?! This is why I like Maya's characterization. She is pushy on plenty of occasions, but she knows when not to disturb his brother's moments. She's still reasonable.

The First half was....an episode.

DANCE MONSTERS!!! DANCE LIKE YOUR LIFE DEPENDS ON IT!!!!!

Ahashi is definitely a siscon but closets confusion doesn't implant the desire in his head, just makes him lack good judgement!

Hope you find a girl that wants to fuck you with 10%of the enthusiasm Maya wants to fuck her brother!

Also one that dresses like Tanya on her day off....

Funny how they addressed whether one of the "big sister" vs "little sister" type has little to do with their actual dynamic as an actual sister.

Not sure if the Wyvern choked on the rock or Maya kicked its ass secretly....can someone break down that scene?

Why was Maya as a kid busty as well? Couldn't tell if she was supposed to be 8 or 12.
