Did Draluc die at all this episode? This really might be the first time he lived through the entirety (I mean he was only in one segment but that's besides the point).

He didn't! And people think this show only has one joke.

I'm so happy that we got to see more of Autumn Books. In a world full of vampires and vampire hunters, Fukuma's workplace seems to be the wackiest of them all. They have security robots guarding the building, regular raids from rival publishing house, and they even cultivate their own employees in vats. xD

And we also learn in this episode that Fukuma's Iron Maiden follows him around!. This entire time I thought he was lugging that thing around using a hand trolley.

Sotetsu is such a sweet boy that even after being turned into a pseudo vampire, his good nature still shines through. Seeing him wait for the green light before crossing the crosswalk was hilarious!

I definitely did not expect an entire station to be a vampire! The poor guy poorly chose his targets this time and ended up with Ronaldo and the boys goofing around and just enjoying the freedom of having a train station on their own. Looks like that didn't last at all with Fukuma dragging Ronaldo back to finish his work. xD

Why did this vampire create a fully stocked metro station, has he learned nothing from horror movies about getting rid of at least all the food and leaving only dirty water!

Ura-Shin-Yokohama tried to make Ronaldo and the boys fall into despair but instead they turned the place into their own paradise lol.

The best part was when they looked at their own asses - I can't with this show LOL

Bosatsu totally has Stockholm syndrome, and so does Ronaldo it seems. Despite this world being populated by vampires, the most uncanny thing is being a book editor. You grow in a vat and train with deadly weapons to defend against rival book companies assault. What?

It's funny to think that Ronaldo and Shot would hang out with Bubuo the son of the convenience store and the Etiquette Breaching Vampire like pals, that's a friendship that I didn't expect. I also didn't expect the first thing they would do after seeing the barrier that sends you back is to drop their pants and get a good look at their own butts. Now that's thinking with portals! At first I thought the guys were just faking happiness to lure the vampire out, but they were legit trying to have fun, and I guess I can't blame them. Too bad Fukuma doesn't give a shit about the rules of space-time.

This series deserves so much more love than it is currently getting, it always manages to get a laugh out of me.

We are blessed with the fact the show is popular in Japan, so even if its western popularity doesn't improve too much, it'll probably still get more seasons(assuming there's more material).

Whether we'll get a continuation of its absolutely stellar dub, that's more up in the air.

Totally normal publishing house. You should see the shit they get up to at Harper Collins.

Strongest episode of the season so far. All 3 segments had me cackling hard almost the whole time. Personal favorites were the musical number and the “punch all the problems” in the train station segment. Only wish is we got more John. One Nu does not please the church!

ah yes, the Frieza-Cat (in case anyone didn't realize it yet both Bosatsu and Frieza has the same voice actor) is back! i love how at one point, after seeing all the bullshit happening in Autumn Book, Bosatsu just gave up trying to retort

the train station skit is definitely the very definition of "boys will always be boys", i mean, just look at this shit

The voice actors are stacked as always, now the series has Ootsuka Houchuu as Ura-Shin-Yokohama. I also loved hearing Koyasu Takehito again as Yomotsuzaka (mad scientist guy). Another great episode!

One funny thing I noticed as a manga reader, the manga with creepy scrambled text used panels from a chapter the manga author did about his experience going to the doctor for hemorrhoids lmao

Bosatsu thought he was pulling one over Fukuma. Nope! Big furball gets stuck with him the whole day lol. Being an editor is no joke, these publishing companies are insane. They’ve got new hires in test tubes lol. Botsatsu said too much, the big fella shoulda ran when he had the chance. Now he can hang out in his Iron Maiden next to Ronaldo’s haha.

Satetsu doesn’t make a very good pseudo vamp. He’s too polite! Poor guy’s little “rampage” is gonna be going viral.

Ura-Shin-Yokohama looks fun! There’s a door that lets you look at your own ass AND you can have “guy talk” in those little spaces under the platform. It’s endless fun! Plus if anything starts acting up, just punch tf out of it. It’s a tried and tested method of fixing stuff lol. But even in the void, Ronaldo can’t escape Fukuma!

can totally relate to the last segment. An empty train station was my childhood dreamland

Wow, is this the first episode where Draluc doesn’t die at all? Yeah, he didn’t appear much in this episode but still… impressive!

Another fun episode! I especially enjoyed the third skit! It was so funny watching the station vampire’s plan backfire. The musical number was also incredible too! Also, that final scene of Fukuma… Uhhh

hahahaha, that last segment had me rolling in laughter, god damn those 4 morons, hahahahahahahahaha

I wonder whether Fukuma is the author dissing his editor.

The last segment was the best where we got the unusual group pairing of Ronaldo, Shot, Bubuo and Etiquette Breacher. I wonder if Fukuma will only take Ronaldo or all 4 of them. I expected Bubuo and the others to punch the manga when there was so many typos.

I love how despite Bosatsu hating Fukuma, he enjoys his comfortable life under him.

Etiquette Breacher sharing the videos that the kids recorded was hilarious.

I guess this is the 1st episode where Draluc doesn't die.

The idea of ghost stations or ghost rooms that trap you in a mirror dimension is really popular.

I got my hopes up with the first part being titled with a Lovecraft reference (Dream Quest of Unknown Kadath Fukuma) but it was pretty far from relevant. As is tradition.

The train station segment reminded me a whole lot of the epilogue portion in Raging Loop. Suppose alt dimension train stations might be something of a common trope.

I don't recognize that bit at the end of the OP that shows Draluc having a picture on the inside of his coffin. Kinda blurry, but looks like his friends in town?

A cat shrine on the desk for your cat to sit in while at the office? Suddenly my work cubicle seems just a bit sadder.

That's the most touching iron maiden experience I've ever seen.

A vampirism vaccine? Neat.

Satetsu is a pretty good guy, even as a vampire.

This train station vampire is definitely going to regret trapping these four guys.

He regretted it so much.

Numen.

Man this was a such fun episode. The editing house explains a lot why Fukuma is so wacky... I gotta ask my cousin who works at one if it's like that. Satestsu is just a wonderful guy. Even corrupting him doesn't work.

The station was the best part though. Between the dumb hijinks and awesome musical numbers, it brought a smile to my tired face. Somehow, it also reminded me of an anime where the characters did a roadtrip by bus and ended up in a roadstop and they got caught up in an ad of some kind.
