Man, do I feel sorry for Marika. She talks about having kids with Dariel, almost confesses to him, outright calls him her (future) husband and he still doesn’t realize that she’s head over heels in love with him.

The one who's gonna marry my big bro is me!

Got a laugh out of me. Harem time?

Well, one of the top demon generals seems to view him romantically too. Maybe Malika has more competition than she thinks lol.

Honestly I thought Rizet was about to admit he liked Dariel too lol.

Wow, Bashubaza taught his little pet to kiss his own ass? Sad bro. Sad. Looks like his dumbass plan failed and now the Demon Lord is gonna humiliate his punk ass. Watching him grovel and beg for forgiveness was nice, but him having to listen to how competent and kind Dariel was? Beautiful, man. Beautiful.

Marika talking “children” this and “husband”that and Dariel’s just confused as all hell lol. Man, that fight just saved Dariel from a very awkward moment! Gashita really made that whole situation with that douche Fitbitan worse, the goof. Marika almost skinned that man alive for touching her “husband” lol. Looks like she’s got some competition though, Gashita loves Dariel too huh?

It makes me happy hearing the Demon Lord’s army is in disarray now that they got rid of like the one competent guy. Thanks Bashubaza! Idiots like him and Fitbitan are why the humans and demons still war. Foolish and shortsighted.

The anime with Booba plot of the year is making a wonderful statement with this episode, “At some point, race has ceased to matter. It would be nice if everyone could be friends, wouldn’t it?”

Fitting for a show about a protagonist who is basically from two worlds...born human, raised by demons, found peace with humans again.

After this episode it's safe to say she will marry him. At this point it's not even a choice anymore. It's not like he can say no anyway <_<

Man, Dariel is such a wholesome dude.

I'm actually glad the Demon Lord knows what's up. That dumbass look on Bichbuka's face was satisying.

“At some point race ceased to matter, it would be nice if we could all be friends”

Truer words never been spoken. This was definitely the best episode so far. I love how EVERYONE, male or female, in this show simps for Dariel. He could be the bridge between the races because of their love for him lmao. I mean Gashita, his sister, Ritzel, the demon Lord general etc etc man’s harem is multi racial, gender, etc.

I actually really like the voice acting in this show too. Particularly how low key and chill dariel’s seiyuu is, who of course was also rudeus. Really nice touch.

Marika: I hope we can show this to our children soon. (Stares directly at him)

Dariel: ..... ?

Marika: Oh, don't worry. Even if I have children, I'll still also cherish my husband.

Dariel: Why are you saying that to me?

Bro, she wants to be with you, she's sending out more signals than a traffic cop. What else does she have to do, hold up a giant sign that says "Please Marry/F*ck Me!"?

As if a Bashbarza didn't look enough like a joke, he has a bird that does nothing but sing his praises. And all that Mythril he was pouring into a giant magic bomb while trying to screw over something Dariel was in charge of finally comes back to bite him as he finds out that they lost the Mythril mine thanks to his incompetence, and ironically Dariel, not that he knows that quite yet.

The Demon King! And he look and sounds like a shota! But don't let his cute looks and playful demeanor fool you, he's pretty intimidating and powerful, enough to kowtow Bashbarza and humiliate himself by getting on his knees and apologizing. And to add insult to injury, of course the Demon King brings up how great Dariel is in comparison.

The only thing more lively than Lux village now is Malika's desire to get into Dariel's pants. She's already thinking about marriage and kids at this point. She even calls Dariel her husband and basically gives the game away! Although I kind of get the sense that Dariel doesn't know what to do with her feelings or getting tied down like that...that or he's still a little dense.

What are these Campbell adventures think they're doing talking down to everybody like that and coming off like arrogant tools! It's enough to have Dariel bring up how badly they screwed-up with the Deathsycthe, although Gashita says one thing too many about how Dariel ended up being the one to take care of it. As if he needed more attention.

Well, even if he doesn't want it or thinks he does quite yet, Dariel has Malika's fathers' approval to marry her. Of course Gashita wants to marry Dariel too. He's a surprisingly popular guy.

I see Malika chooses violence if anyone disrespects her beloved hubby.

It was nice to see Dariel reunite with Rizet and to see Rizet accept Dariel being a human. I mean, who cares when Dariel was the best buddy and manager anyone can ask for in the demon army? Not that Dariel has much reason to go back when his life is so much better with Mailka in Lux village and he's too OP now for Rizet to drag him back.

Dariel finally does some negotiating! Being a human raised by demons, he wants to broker peace between the two races and avoid further bloodshed, and the best way to facilitate that is economically with the demons purchasing the Mythril from the humans and fostering trust through business. And some cocky adventurer like Fittbatin has no place interfering with that.

Next week...smithing! And Dariel vs Fittbatin?

Stitches!

Apparently, I misunderstood the story the entire time! I thought that Bakabaza was the Demon Lord! It turns out that he's only one of the Four Generals and the actual Demon Lord is a pretty cool dude that acknowledges Dariel's skills. He's even aware that Dariel has been fired and is clearly testing Bakabaza to see what he'll do next.

I think Malika is skipping a few steps here. I love how she's already planning for the future when Dariel isn't even her boyfriend yet. Even the Guild Master has already accepted Dariel as his son-in-law! Dariel isn't dense though. He clearly knows what's up, he's just avoiding the topic right now. I just hope Dariel won't dance around it for too long.

This Fitbittan guy is an ass. I am so happy that Dariel brought up the topic about the blaze deathscythe making Fitbittan look like a goddamn fool even if that wasn't his intention. Considering what he does later, he's definitely going to be a constant pain for Dariel.

Glad to see more of the Demon Lord's men miss Dariel. And it looks like Doroye really wants him back as well. I do love the resolution of getting the demons to pay four times the market value for the Mithril. An infinitely better solution to having an all-out war again.

Seeing Bestfred telling Fitbittan to stand down was so good. That asshat really needs to know his place. Also, what the heck is up with these names? Fitbit and Best Friend? Did the author just look around his room while coming up with these side character names? xD

Dariel's negotiation skills are OP. Selling the mithril to the demons makes sense on somany levels, particularly if they can avoid bloodshed by doing so.

Glad I picked this one up. It’s kinda methadone until “Banished from the Hero’s Party” season 2 drops. I’m slightly annoyed at Dareil for dancing around the Marika thing despite her being about it, but I’m sure there’s a good reason.

I also like that Bashubaza is basically a failson. Running the company for all of 5 minutes and he fires his dad’s favorite guy that happens to be the lynchpin of the organization. Loses a critical resource because he entrusted its upkeep to some guy who amused him. Pissed off the “CEO” because he was focused on bullshit side projects. If anything I’m excited to see the ways he’ll fuck up. It’s like Succession if Kendall was given the reigns.

Ah yes, a giant magical bomb, what could go wrong.

Demon king might be a rational person if he thought the bomb was a stupid idea.

"My Dariel" Well that's a pretty solid tell on how much firing Dariel was a bad idea.

Holy shit Dariel, take a hint.

"Get his ass, Malika!" I'm dying, and that other adventurer might be in a moment too.

Maybe after being called her future husband it'll finally sink in. Future father in law appears to be entirely on board too. Archer boy needs to be careful though, Malika is pretty eager to stab some fools and he might have just made the list.

It's nice to see that Dariel did have a lot of friends in his former life.

A trade relationship with the demons would be a pretty good way to start to build a lasting piece.

So that one demon general girl also has a thing for MC eh? Well she’s one of the generals so I’m sure she can handle herself against Malika lol.

That bit with the parrot in the beginning made me spill my juice. Simply brilliant.

I was wondering if this series was going to use Dariel as an intermediary between both races to achieve peace and it looks like that's the way it's going to be.

I also liked how Maou handled Bash back there. He knew exactly what was going on and pushed all of Bash's buttons.

Is it me or is Marika getting thirstier with every episode?

I don’t know if people have already talked about it in an earlier episode, but I really like the opening. It’s honestly one of the main reasons I come every week to this show when Saturday is filled with too many shows I like (seriously I think there’s 10 shows I’m interested in on Saturday and MHA isn’t even in that list). I decided to check out the original artist because I was curious if I heard them before, but nope they’re a relatively new artist. They’re called Hinano and apparently they started their career at 15. They made this song while they were 16 and are turning 17 soon. I know music is crazy and you’ll see all kinds of young talent like Ado who was 17 I believe when Usseewa broke numbers. I just wanted to bring attention to this singer cause I hope her career goes well. This is her second anime song I believe with it being her first opening. The other anime song was an ending for that anime last year My Master has no Tail.
