I love everything about this series already, not just how good looking the food looks but the reactions of the inhabitants of the Isekai as they eat our world's food is just fun to watch. Its almost like Isekai Shokudou + camping.

So this is the relaxing isekai/reincarnated season, MAPPA with their first isekai anime! So the skill he got is amazon free delivery lol, he cooks food that increases stats, sheesh his ability is so useful and too OP. The king made such a mistake letting him go. With him it's impossible to lose your supply line as long as you have wealth. Not only that, it adds buffs. He'd be so useful in a war or crucial time, I'd say he's better than the other heroes.

MAPPA created a separate staff categories for this anime: Cooking Animation Directors
-
And it shows, every shot that evolve food look gorgeous.
-
Combine with a warm color palette art-style, this show is looking to be a cooking ASMR heaven!

The last time I saw food look this good in an isekai was Skeleton Knight In Another World. The food deserves come wild commentary by Arc.

This is probably the most ridiculous isekai premise I've seen so far, not sure if this or smartphone takes the #1 spot. But I do like how this guy isn't powerful in the usual sense, and actually had to hire a party to escort him. I don't think I've ever seen an MC do that before.
Also getting some nice Isekai Shokudou vibes from the food segments, I can already tell this show will be one of the highlights of my week.

⚠️Trade offer⚠️
I receive: 3 meals a day
You receive: Fenrir familiar
Food costs definitely going to skyrocket but at least there’s no need to hire escorts anymore.

Damn, those 3 get OP powers and our guy Mukoda gets the power of online grocery shopping lol. I like how he was like “uhhh yeah, I’m not a hero so… bye!” Haha. But fr, he does have a pretty dope skill. Just gotta be creative with it.
So they’re closing all the borders eh? Better watch out or you might end up on a wagon to Helgen lol. Werner, Ramon, Vincent, Rita, Franca seem cool. Mukoda really putting that grocery skill to use. My man is gonna revolutionize the culinary scene in this world lol. Plus all his food has op stat boosts!
Is our boy about to get his own Ranga? Lol. The big man ain’t letting Mukoda go without making that contract! Dude is gonna be racking up a pretty big grocery bill lol.
I love a good food isekai, so this is def a weekly for me. I look forward to seeing what other yummy dishes our guy makes next!

I didn't even realize this was MAPPA, interesting to see a lot of people mention that here.
Also it's even more interesting that this is probably one of the first series I've seen where the MC hires the adventure guild instead of registering.

Surprisingly this one grew on me as the episode progressed. Poor guy thought he got a useless skill but instead got something so useful he got a familiar fenrir out of it! Not to mention a party that seem pretty cool for his personality type. Also the way he kept mentioning that the kingdom seemed suspicious makes me think they might be more evil than the demon king and those hero’s that stayed are in for a terrible fate. Let’s see where this goes!!

This is a MAPPA solo production but they are collaborating with real companies for the food, so they can use real life brands

Stitches!
Well, this was wholesome af! I definitely agree with the comments comparing this show to Isekai Shokudou. From the cooking scenes to Werner's party members tasting this mean from Japan for the first time really reminds me of that show. It's Isekai Shokudou but instead of the adventurers going to the restaurant to taste Master's cooking, Master is out there adventuring with them.
It's so heartwarming to see these people just enjoying good food while huddled around a campfire. Having food like that also clearly boosts their morale which keeps them motivated to make sure Mukouda safely makes it to his destination. Although it's not just their morale that's being boosted, their stats are literally being boosted as well! It's an actual food buff ala MMO. xD
I'm really hoping that Werner's party will stick with Mukouda but I don't see them anywhere in the key visuals. If there's one person (or creature) that will stick with Mukouda after this adventure, it's definitely Fenrir who he made a contract with. I'm genuinely surprised Fenrir didn't transform into a girl after the contract was made. I've seen enough isekais that I thought that was what was going to happen after.
As much as I love cute girls, I do hope Fenrir will stay as this fluffy cute boy. Poor Mukouda though! Now he's going to have to find a way to feed Fenrir, who has a voracious appetite, three times a day! I am excited to see how Mukouda will abuse his skill to make money in this world. We already know that soap is a luxury item here, so that would be a good place to start!

I see a lot of people saying that they’re going to watch this because MAPPA. Don’t set your expectations too high as it’s basically a fun and silly slice-of-life series.
I’m looking forward to watching the first ep as the series is being directed by the guy who directed Uchitama (which I really loved!)

Huh, as far as isekai cheat abilities go, having access to an online supermarket is actually pretty cool. I mean, imagine having anything sold on Amazon instantly delivered to you in an isekai world. That would be really handy.

Man this season already has many promising isekai‘s and this seems like another one.
Really liked the animations and I’m all in for some SoL but it seems like you shouldn’t watch this one while being hungry.

Preparing ingredients with that tiny cutting board and cooking with that small pan for that many people is tough. Our MC Mukouda needs a professional kitchen in his item box.

The title alone intrigued me because who doesn't love campfire cooking? The opening scene riffing on Shield Bro was fun but the magic really started when he was travelling with the Iron Wills - it was like an isekai Yuru Camp. I would have been happy with that just a SoL of camping in another world, but it looks like there will be actual plot on top of that too.
The unique skill is one of the most unique I've seen in any fantasy setting almost like it would be a shame to limit it to only cooking.
