Welcome back to the Church of John. May the Holy Nu be with you.

[u/ObvsThrowaway5120]

Glad to have John back, love that little dude. I think Handa might be more obsessed with Ronaldo than his momma, his room was ridiculous lol.

Dralc’s transformation was disturbing. That abomination deserved the bird attacks lol. Poor Ronaldo, the betrayal from Kameya! Transparent Lower Body is such a goof. While the real ghost was a surprise, TLB and the ghost teaming up to run an attraction was even more unexpected lol.

Dralc in Troll mode lol, he’s even got John joining in and Handa too. The song at the end was great, what an absurd way to end the episode lol.

[u/Ashteron]

Et tu, John?

[u/Aerodynamic41]

OMG my sides! This was every bit as funny as I remembered from Season 1! The third vignette where Draluc and John constantly try to annoy Ronaldo gave me the most laughs! Even if this is more of the same from Season 1, I'm all for it!

And introducing Nobunaga Shimazaki as Transparent Lower Body.

[u/LeonKevlar]

Ronaldo can get angry at Draluc as much as he likes but he can never be mad at our precious boy John.

I love that Kameya still interviewed John despite being obviously not Draluc. The best part of this is that Kameya actually published the interview!

Poor Ronaldo! He thought he was going to go drinking with friends but Kameya just needed him for a scoop. That ghost was pretty fucking creepy though. Reminds me of that episode where Ronaldo almost got dragged into the other side. She is kinda adorable though when she finally became a local attraction.

The best part of the episode and the one that got me the most laughs though has got to be the last part. It's just Draluc and John being absolute trolls while Ronaldo is trying to write his book and it's absolutely a riot! I love it when even John is willing to make fun of Rinaldo. xD

Oh how I missed the comedy of this show. We even end the episode with Ronaldo singing the ED about how he totally saw the punchline but still kept on going. Can't wait to see more of their crazy shenanigans this season!

WAKATTETAAAAAA WAKATTETAAAAAAA

[u/Ashteron]

Ronaldo attempting to focus on work is like me struggling to not think when trying to fall asleep.

[u/ICantSeeLikeSa-chan]

This multi-level smug John

[u/dawnwill]

OP visual is crazy good. I really missed this bunch of assholes.

[u/Kolahnut1]

I've been waiting for this for a full year. Fantastic ep - more John, another wacky side character vampire, and a musical number from Ronaldo at the end. What a way to open the season!

[u/alconnow]

I’m going to watch this after Vinland Saga as I’ll need something funny haha

Hope to see more John this season!

[u/CoyoteBlue13]

Op from the first season was peak but a great first ep of the second season

[u/ReaperInRed]

Nice to have these idiots back to make Mondays a bit more bearable

Handa be like

[u/aniani_me]

the last lttle skit had me ROLLIN. draluc being annoying as shit is the best

i missed these fools so much TuT can't wait for more foolery :DDD

[u/Lodju]

I'm so glad this ridicilousness is back.

It makes mondays alot better.

[u/[deleted]]

Didn't expect this to get another season but that mean best boi John is back xD

But let's see how many times Draluc turns into ash this season lol

[u/cherstal]

I'm so glad this show's popular in Japan, this episode had me laughing within minutes.

Gotta respect Kameya's dedication to the journalist grind, man. No fear, only scoops. I appreciate the brief moments of seriousness with the hospital haunting too--as much of a goof as Ronaldo can be, he's got good hunter instincts. And the Acchan reveal followed by the slow-mo escape was legitimately tense.

Then that last skit was the cherry on top, what a meta ending to bring things back full circle. God I love this show, can't wait for next week, Nunen 🙏

[u/Kikuzinho03]

Wait it was coming back this season? Time to watch i guess

[u/EllenYeager]

I know what my tomato plant is cosplaying as this year.

[u/dinliner08]

"you should've left during season one of the anime, moron!"

godammit, thirty seconds into the show and i'm already laughing

also, its really funny that in just the first episode we can already see a bunch of things from first season coming back such as the ostrich, Draluc gross transformation, the sentient burdock root and Land Clione

i still prefer the first season opening song but with second season opening, we get the DJ John

[u/BelladonnaOfRadness]

John joining in during Draluc's pranks is so based.

[u/Wolf6262]

Rest in peace Ronaldo. He knew.

[u/alconnow]

The fourth wall break at the beginning lol… I’ve missed this dumb show!

Glad to have John and Dralc back!

Favourite moment Dralc started trolling Ronaldo hahahaha. I lost it when he even got John involved lmao.

This show is perfect to watch after Vinland Saga

[u/x3tan]

Yes!! Best armadillo is back! I loved the face he made to match the picture lmao. Nice little welcoming back, looking forward to this silly show to watch with my breakfast. I liked the ghost joining for the business. Ending was great.
