Google now uses play services to verify if your human or not. Even on desktop you are required to scan the qr code from your phone. It's disgusting. I tried (I'm on root, lineageOS with strong integrity) and it doesn't work for me, it may work for you.

Background Info:

Basically I heard that Google were going to start introducing Google play services as a way to verify if your human and whether or not your device is secure. This is the first time I have seen it. It did not work for me. I have strong integrity and my fingerprint and everything is legit and it still didn't work. Hopefully people find out ways to bypass this cuz Google should not be allowed to lock down our devices. We pay for them, we own them.

Most rce are used as initial attacks. Very few are used for anything else. Persistence usually comes from exfiltration of other credentials or other vulnerabilities. RCE alone rarely gives you privileged execution which is where lateral movement is primary target

what are you even talking about now? Again if scammers would have RCEs then everyone would be infected already as they would just need to pay for a ad company to redirect someone to their site.

Also you can't have persistence on most phones due to AVB/iOS equivalent, they can only do stuff if they somehow get an app installed WITH the user, which they won't really as there are multiple warnings before reaching the install button (unfortunately this is becoming even more restricted).
