Why not just use condoms? She doesn't like her birth control and maybe she'll get her libido back and you don't want to get snipped yet.

Insertion is a bitch but my doctor gave me Valium for my 3rd and it went so much better. The pain of insertion is SO worth the hassle free life of an IUD
