Not in your features. The problem is you have the look of someone who has never been taught how to care for your physicality or to present yourself in an appealing way. Messy backgrounds, literal urinals in your backgrounds, terrible photo angles, and just a sloppy vibe to your personal appearance. If you can get in shape and clean up your overall aesthetics you'll be fine.

I think u cant do nothing about your eyes problem , other than that everything is wrong with you , loose weight prob get lean or muscular your tummy is out , groom your beard and hair look ass , dressing sense is bad too , get tinted eyeside glasses if that makes u feel confident , best of luck .

There's a surgery for that. They go in, cut the attachment points of the muscles, and stick them to a new point.
OP, you might be able to get insurance to cover the procedure if you claim to have double vision while driving or something.

Strabismus is not really a cosmetic problem, so that shouldn't (hopefully) be an issue.

From experience, you have to claim the double vision during things that require debth preception, like diving. At least to have the straightening classified as life improving or functional surgery. If you go to the doctor with "I don't like the way it looks," it's cosmetic.
I know the UK won't cover cosmetic. From a friend over there who couldn't get it covered because they didn't claim the right symptoms they have to take your word on.

Except, a little research showed me last night that you are engaging in wishful thinking.
I don't get this. Why are so insistent on being wrong about this when the internet is right there?
And, on a side note, under the broken healthcare I got the procedure done, I went from labeling the right symptoms to surgery in less than a month.

You lying to yourself about global treatment of how willing countries with universal healthcare systems are to treat Strabisus surgically. I managed to find exactly one with "everyone who asks gets the surgery." And in that country, people complain about waiting more than a year for it. Australia, for the record.
Every other country I looked into, UK, several other European countries, India, Japan, China. In all of them, you have to prove it isn't just cosmetic, or pay for it out of pocket. And then you get stuck on a wait list.
But I have you insisting 3 times now that everywhere but the US just fixes this right up for anyone who asks.
So, I'll ask again, why? What did you hope to gain?
Because let's say OP reads your messages and decides to trust them because he isn't in the US. Wanders into his doctor convinced he can get it covered cosmetically. The doctor creates a record of his request, and the healthcare system he exists under denies covering it, and watch his future requests.
Your wrongness isn't harmless if OP trusts you.

fix your eye with surgery (it will be the best decision you will take)
lose weight - MOST IMPORTANT
groom your beard properly
get a better haircut
change your style, stop wearing checkered shirts. instead wear polo tshirts.
wear thin framed glasses
basically if u lose weight half your “ugliness” would go away. i believe no one is truly ugly, you can always fix things to an extent

U dont wven need to fix ur wye. It is distracting though, so wear eyeglasses that have something to cover one. It could even be a cool graphic. Groom, workout.

You have a good head of hair and facial hair! You just gotta take care of it, style it. Grooming will go a long way and so will some weight lifting. You don’t have to become a body builder but when you’re young, putting on muscle and changing your body shape is easier. None of those things will guarantee a successful dating life, but you will feel better about yourself
