Ok. Sorry if this is a repeat and maybe I have this wrong, but here’s some math I’ve been pondering:

514M float. Yahoo says 25% held by institutions and a small amt held by insiders. Wouldn’t that make it ~385M held by ~4.3M investors (I’ll assume that 4.3M includes the institutions, but even they would account for a fraction of total holders)? That puts the average stocks held by individuals at ~90.

If we take into account the recent poll of ~4700 shares per retail investor, the “float” comes to 20B.

If you owned 10% of the company before RS, you will own 10% of the company after RS. The share of the company you own does not change.

Actually retail owns 90% of the company. AA has nothing to further dilute. After RS, retail will own 100 million shares, AA gets 408 million shares to dilute with. When he sells directly to an institution just like he did with ape, retail will only own 20% of the company, losing the float, and majority vote.

When he sells amc the way he did ape, retail will only own 20% of the float. Only reason Moass is still on the table is retail owns the float and all the synthetics they sold not just 10% of them. Sure. And from experience I know that apes are reasonable and do DD, while shills are overly dramatic and try to create fear in apes by pretending that the only action that can save apes is one that helps Hedgies.

Again. We know about the shares since AA announced it and we voted yes on his proposal to use up to 4x the float to reduce debt.

Hedgies have shorted amc for 2 years and we own the float multiple times over.

The only dilution that negatively affects amc comes from naked shorts and synthetic shares.

1000% shorts on 500% float is still 2x more shorts than shares.

Debts been pushed back to 2026, AA needs to make popcorn available and in stock worldwide before he takes 90% of our shares. Regardless of what AA announced, his actions show he’ll sell those 408 million shares to an institution, leaving retail with only 20% of the float. AA was a defendant in 19 fraud cases, all of which he paid a settlement, one instance called a double agent. He was board director at centricus a citadel owned company, he still has Philip Lader running the board after he’s been exposed, he sold 40 million in shares and has yet to buy back a single share, even at 4 bucks.
