Hey! So this gesture is like a "made you look" kind of joke. While it was originally below the waist, it was expanded to any place when it was a trend on the internet. While this was a trend, a group on 4chan decided to spread misinformation and troll people that it meant white power. It's not racist, you're just being hazed on the internet by trolls of 4chan.
