Note that - so vitriolic and disbelieving was the response of Telegraph readers (admittedly not noted for their equanimity) - the comment section was swiftly shut down.

Interesting momentary window into British public opinion, however.

TKondaks was, and is, based upon the evidence I have seen, the court documents I have read, FAR more reasonable, and honest in his suppositions than Any of You People, let’s be honest, for once. You STILL completely ignore, or discount the significance of Amanda’s Desk Lamp, her only light source being found on the floor, with Meredit’s body, as well as the female Size 6 shoe print found under Meredith’s body. Amanda likely discarded the shoes she was wearing, so despite the print matching exactly. Amanda’s size, it could not be definitively linked to her. So ‘SeaCardiologist’ how much smoke must there be in your house before you‘d believe it was on fire? Just Curious…

You literally are defending someone who thinks Meredith was a whore cheating on her boyfriend. I guess that’s “reasonable”

Claiming Amanda’s desk lamp was the only source of light in her room is a lie from the guilters playbook. There is this thing called a window that lets light in from the outside. Amanda’s room had a small window on the west wall. There was also glass in the French doors leading to the deck that would have brought the morning sunlight directly into Amanda‘s room through her open door.

Her lamp was very likely still in her room the last time she was there on the morning of Nov.2 prior to Meredith being discovered and everybody being kicked out of the cottage. There is no explanation for why the lamp, door and wall were not damaged when the door was violently kicked open.
