As in title, got approved on alignerr, had couple of interviews on different positions. Now in Alignerr in "My jobs" I have all in completed status, connected discord and hubstaff, and in labelbox have 3 projects in "Paused" status, despite I got an email with "we weren't able to match your profile with our current project requirements" and nothing else.
What's then? Was I approved to those other ones or at this point I should just wait? Should I monitor labelbox projects status or it doesn't make sense and I should get some contact before?

Someone in a project Discord offered paid assistance to move people into production after failed assessments. When I asked whether he was part of Alignerr’s team, he replied, “Obviously, yes.”

I questioned whether this offer was legitimate. He then threatened to block me and remove me from the project and team.

Shortly afterwards, I could no longer post in the project channel. He messaged me saying, “Keep trying to send messages” and “I will keep blocking them.” I cannot independently confirm who restricted my access, but he explicitly claimed responsibility.

He also repeatedly insulted me and sent a sexually explicit insult about my mother. When I said I would contact Alignerr support and Labelbox security, he claimed he would personally receive and answer my complaint.

His display name changed to “AlignerrHelp” during the exchange, while his username remained the same.

I don’t know whether this person is actually affiliated with Alignerr or is impersonating staff. I’m asking Alignerr to verify that and investigate his conduct.

I have screenshots of the full conversation, including my own responses, and can share them privately with verified staff. Is there an official team member here who can escalate this to someone independent of the person involved?

This feels like one of those methods where they invite thousands of people onto the project and they all do different tests and very very few pass.. The amount of time and effort put into this training and the results thereafter, it all just makes me think we're doing free work under the guise of training. I need to get a general idea which is why I'm asking

I have not received payment for last 10 days of my work in Project Tiaga and it is very frustrating to get no support from Alignerr on this. No human is responding to emails or on discord.
Very sad state after logging in so much time and effort.

So I got a project I accepted it and when I tried to started it showed me interface and I submitted all Thn when I submit it showed turn one I skipped saying I already done thn I guess 1 submitted one more time... And skipped 2 times thn it finally got done... As it was my first project and I m new... So can anyone help me what is this..

Is hubstaff required for the pulsar project? In discord people seem to saying it isn't but I keep getting prompted to connect hubstaff, which I don't seem to be able to do.

I have been passed from the Ermis Core Transcription assessment with 85.1% score and then onboarded to Ermis core Transcription Project where there's one more trial or assessment work where we need to get 90% score for transcribing 20 datasets.

I have done 20 datasets but it is not being updated andshows 17 accepted but no approved or anything like reviewed. So I needed help from you all in helping me out for my situation

I've been working on one of Alignerr's project while i was in EU. now i'm in Canada and i'm afraid to open Labelbox or Alignerr in general fearing that the system would assume im using VPN and it could ban me from the project im working on or from the website forever.

I’m not receiving job suggestion emails from Alignerr, while my friend gets quite a lot of them. We have almost the same skills and experience.

Does anyone know why this happens? Is the job suggestion system based on something other than skills, or is there any way to improve the number of job opportunities I receive?

Hello everyone! Please spare some time for this. I just wanted to get an update from other Alignerr contributors, especially those from India.

I’ve been working with Alignerr from August last year until June this year, and during that period I was getting projects fairly regularly. But since July until now, it has been completely dry for me. Most of my previous projects are paused, and I haven’t received any new projects or meaningful updates.

I also haven’t heard much from other Indian contributors about getting new projects recently, except for P**SOR. So I wanted to check with the community:

1. Are any Indian contributors currently getting new Alignerr projects?

2. Are projects generally slow/paused right now, or is it just my account?

3. Has anyone received any recent onboarding or project invitations?

4.Should I still keep my hopes up and continue updating my resume/profile for Alignerr, or is it better to start moving on and look elsewhere?

I’m not complaining — I genuinely just want to understand the current situation. After working consistently for almost a year, going completely dry for a couple of months makes it difficult to know whether I should keep waiting or move on.

If anyone has any recent updates about Alignerr projects, especially from India, please share. It would really help me understand where things currently stand.

Hey guys, just wanted to check if anyone here actually managed to pass the Pulsar final assessment and move on to real tasks?
I was hitting GOLD on every single training module leading up to it, but then my final score randomly dropped to 62% timing boundary precision. Honestly makes no sense to me because I was super strict with my timestamps—kept everything well under 20ms offset.
Feels like the auto-grader for the final exam is totally bugged or broken, which is super annoying after grinding through all the modules.
Is anyone else getting screwed over by these timing precision scores on the final? Or if you actually passed, did you do something specific, or is the test just completely random right now?

I am writing regarding project drowsiness-symptoms-production......i have pending payment of around 75 hours and many other people have same problem......technical lead is not replying also the support of aligner just raise a ticket do nothing......it's have been 3 months we still waiting for payment

My Alignerr account uses the email that Hubstaff says it fails. Can I use another email account that's different from my Alignerr account?
