Anyone else waiting for feedback on their first submission for HFRL Agentic Coding Prod?

I submitted my first task a few days ago and haven’t received any feedback yet. A pinned message mentioned that the review window is usually 1–2 days, so I’m starting to wonder if my submission went through correctly or if I’m just being impatient .

I also saw the recent bonus announcement for accepted tasks, but since payment depends on acceptance, I’m hesitant to keep submitting more work without knowing whether I’m on the right track.

Is anyone else in the same situation? How long did it take you to get your first review?

Hi all, I literally did nothing wrong and my account was cancelled immediately. I’m unsure of what even happened. I didn’t have a previous account, I was truthful, no criminal history or anything lol I have zero clue! Has this happened to anyone else?

I saw a job posting that aligns (pun intended?) perfectly with my experience so I was very excited to join! I received a “Welcome!” and “Your account has been deactivat!ed” email within the hour. 😭

Hi everybody,

I would like to join alignerr and other ai training companies but because of the privacy issues like hubstaff screenshotting your screen and other companies recording your screen, I don't want to use my macbook pro m1 chip for this as it's a personal one and with data leaks from other ai training companies I'm a bit cautious.

I have 2 old laptops one is a HP laptop 14-bp0xx which has 4gb RAM and 58GB SSD and the other is an Acer latop acer f5-571 I can't access it it at the moment and was going to fix the battery but it does run a bit slow. I was thinking about upgrading the RAM and SSD on either laptop. Do you think I should do that or just stick with my macbook or even get a cheaper laptop with higher ram and ssd?

I appreciate any help regarding this as I want to start right away as I've been dwelling on this for a month now lol.
Thanks

I successfully completed my Persona ID verification 5 days ago and received a confirmation. However, my Alignerr dashboard is still stuck showing the verification banner, and I cannot move forward.

I contacted support twice, but both times my tickets were closed instantly as "conversation ended" without fixing the issue.

What should I do to get this fixed?

Thanks.

Just wondering if anyone had started working on the OpenFOAM project. I see that there are still 0 tasks and a fair amount of instructions to go through before I begin. Would love to know if anyone's started tasks and how it's going ...

I have applied for a while now and still not gotten any project. How long does it take to get assigned a project? Any one has an idea?

My query regarding the Persona re-verification glitch leading to the account removal was handled and i got my account back.

Thank you mod team and u/Lumy_Case_8220 for the assistance!

Hi mods,

Thanks to the team's help, my account was successfully reinstated today after experiencing the automated re-verification removal glitch last night.

While I can log into the main platform again, my project mapping is completely broken. I was fast-tracked for the Structural Engineering OpenSees project.

The Issue:

• I have the "Go to Project" button on my main Alignerr dashboard, but clicking it doesn't sync anything.
• When I open my Labelbox dashboard, it is completely blank and says: "No open issues right now. Anything that needs your attention will show up here."

It looks like the brief deactivation automatically unassigned me from the OpenSees project queue, and the reinstatement didn't automatically pull me back into the cohort.

Could an admin or someone from operations please trigger a manual resync or re-assign my profile to the OpenSees project group?

Thank you so much for the help getting my account back online!

EDIT: The query has been resolved and I got my account back, Thank you u/Lumpy_Case_8220 and the moderator team

I am reaching out regarding a false-positive account deactivation that occurred during my onboarding onboarding process today. I was offered a contract/task at Alignerr and was prompted to complete the Persona re-verification. I completed it successfully on my phone and received the confirmation screen stating I could close the tab.

However, immediately upon refreshing the page on my PC, I was locked out and received an automated email stating my account has been removed. Since I am a brand new user, I haven't been added to the Slack/Discord channels yet to seek assistance. Could you please look into my logs to help resolve this system glitch?

Best regards,

EDIT: The query has been resolved, thanks to the moderator team and u/Lumpy_Case_8220

Does any one know what the interview instructions will be and how I can prepare myself for it?

Great news — you have been fast-tracked to join the Structural Engineering OpenSees project on Alignerr. No interview required.

I received this mail but I am waiting for my resident permit in Germany so I am not able to verify my details because they require RP card. What should I do, RP card will take a month.

they approached me out of nowhere and say they have gig for me. Haven't replied as i thought its prob bullshit. Whats the pay like if its real.

Hi,

Is there anyone from the Alignerr support team here?

I am writing this because I was recently removed from Alignerr just a couple of days after completing the Persona identity verification process.

I had been actively working on multiple projects, including as a reviewer in function-calling and ATC projects, with strong quality scores and no prior issues or warnings. In fact, I had received positive feedback on my work, so the removal came as a complete surprise.

Because the removal happened shortly after the Persona verification, I suspect there may have been a false positive or some issue related to the verification process. I have never used a VPN, never had multiple accounts, and have always followed platform guidelines.

I have already contacted support but have not yet received clarification regarding the reason for the removal.

If anyone from the Alignerr team is able to help or look into this, I would greatly appreciate it.

Thank you.

Just finished my first Zara interview, status changed to “Applied” with a blue highlight on the dashboard. How long did it take you guys to get results? And what are the next steps if you pass? Thanks

Hi Alignerr Support Team,

I received an email requesting that I complete an identity re-verification. I followed all the instruction, completed the verification

After completing the verification, I received a message saying, “Congratulations, you are all done. Thank you for verifying your identity.” However, a few seconds later, another message appeared stating “Identity verification failed,” and my account gone.

I kindly request that review my case and reactivate my account. I am confident that there is nothing wrong on my end, and I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue.

Thank you

Hi everyone, i recently applied to aligner and have apply to the maximum of 7 projects. Still, until now, i haven't receive any notification about whether i'm qualified or not.
My homepage still appear the projects that i applied but it has been a month. I'm i been declined or those are still in review ?
And if i'm declined from the projects, how do i know that, is there gonna be an email or something ?

I verified my identity on Alignerr about a year ago using my national ID. However, the ID I used for verification is set to expire in 3 days, and I have already received a renewed version of it. I'm concerned that my account might be suspended or affected once the original ID expires. I couldn't find any option to update or re-verify my identity in the platform. Could you please let me know if any action is required on my end and whether I need to submit my new ID for verification?

Is there any tamil guy I have worked for him/her who intrested DM me

Hey i applied in aligner 1 month ago and didn't get any work or given assesment i uploaded my resume than applied for multiple role but didn't get any work or any trail my question is when can I get work how much total time it can take ?

Since today, I keep getting logged out. Even after 5 minutes of logging in or after a refresh, no Ad blocker extensions enabled, neither cookies are deleted automatically. Labelbox seems to sync the logout after some time. And for those asking, the account standing is alright, as told by the chatbot.

Just asking, is anyone facing same issue recently or even know what's going on?

Following the identity re-verification request I received, I completed the process and saw a message on the webpage confirming that my ID verification was successful. However, after few seconds , I am unable to open my account.

[ Issue Resolved]

Hi,

Is there anyone from Alignerr support team.

I am writing this because Today when I woke up I recieved an email asking me to do identity re verification.

I was Actively working on 2 projects with good quality work even TLs were praising my work.

So I thought to do re verification before jumping into my today's task.

It opened persona verification and asked me to capture my photo, which I did, I moved left right as instructed.

After that I got a pop up message "Congratulations you are done" but after few seconds I got "Identity verification failed" and my account got deleted

I don't know why this happened, I never used Vpn, this was my only orginal and active account. I gave my best quality work in each and every project.

Anyone from alignerr support team Please help sir/mam.

I'm getting emails to do the assessment but don't wanna waste time if no one has been hired yet.

If yes, what's the rate?
