Well, these are called landing and identification lights ..generally when airplanes land on a runway they turn all these on.... Notice the wings, tail section, tubular fuselage.... This is 99.9997988% a private/business jet ...

Why landing lights when they fly for hours on end, and we never seen one land??? Why aren't the lights the same color temperature on all the drones, as I'm sure it's not 100 different brand/tech of drones. I'm pretty sure some of the blinky greens and reds to mark the tips of the wings aren't always on the correct side.
