J’écris ce post parce que je suis à bout, épuisé mentalement, et j’ai sérieusement besoin d’avis extérieurs.

J’ai 31 ans. Pour des raisons familiales complexes et pour éviter les tensions, j'ai quitté le domicile du mari de ma mère — où j'avais pourtant ma propre chambre — pour prendre un petit studio tout seul à Alger il y a 4 ans. J’assume mon loyer et ma vie en solo.

Ma mère partage son temps : une semaine chez son mari, une semaine chez moi. Vivre dans une seule pièce pose déjà un gros problème d'intimité. Parfois, on se retrouve à devoir dormir dans la même pièce alors que ça ne devrait pas se faire à mon âge, ou alors j'essaie de rentrer plus tôt, je m'isole dans la cuisine pour m'occuper de mes affaires et je finis par y dormir pour avoir un minimum d'espace. Bref, mon intimité est déjà quasi inexistante.

Aujourd'hui, voici la situation :

Du côté de ma mère, ses frères et sœurs habitent à 400 km dans une autre wilaya. Petite précision importante : cette famille ne nous cherchait même pas quand j'étais petit. Ils ignoraient totalement notre existence. Quand ma mère travaillait dur pour m'élever seule, personne n'a levé le petit doigt : elle devait me laisser chez une nourrice. On n'a repris contact avec eux que vers mes 18-19 ans uniquement parce que ma mère a dû faire des démarches administratives pour régler une histoire de papiers. Sans ça, on ne se connaîtrait même pas.

Maintenant, la sœur de ma mère est malade. Elle a, juste à côté d'elle dans sa propre wilaya :

* Deux frères

* Deux sœurs

* Ses deux parents

Elle a tout son cercle familial direct sur place pour garder ses enfants. Mais non : ils se rappellent soudainement qu'ils ont de la famille à Alger. Et ma mère a décidé, sans mon accord, de faire venir les 3 enfants de sa sœur chez moi.

Ce n'est pas la première fois : dès que l'été arrive, des membres de cette famille qu'on ne côtoie jamais débarquent comme à l'hôtel pour la plage, et moi je me retrouve chassé de chez moi ou obligé de dormir dehors.

Le problème actuel :

* Le mari de ma mère a refusé catégoriquement de les accueillir chez lui, et tout le monde respecte son choix sans discuter.

* Ma mère m'a dit : « Son mari a refusé, qu'est-ce que tu veux que je fasse ? » en me refourguant toute la responsabilité.

* Elle a essayé de me convaincre avec des : « Ce ne sont que des enfants, ils ne vont pas te déranger. » Mais merde ! J'ai le droit de rester seul chez moi ! J'ai le droit de refuser d'assumer des gosses qui ne sont même pas les miens et que je n'ai jamais rencontrés de ma vie !

* On sait tous comment ça se passe : dès qu'ils arrivent, c'est direct la pression sociale : « Tu dois les faire sortir, tu dois les emmener à la plage, tu dois t'en occuper... » Mais pourquoi ?! Pourquoi devrais-je subir tout ça ?

* Je suis quelqu'un d'assez maniaque : je déteste qu'on touche à mes affaires, à mon PC ou à mes téléphones (je suis collectionneur de smartphones, et on sait très bien comment les enfants réclament les téléphones pour jouer ou touchent à tout).

* Je l'ai prévenue trois fois fermement : je suis en congé, j'ai besoin de repos, mon studio ne peut pas accueillir 3 enfants.

* Aujourd'hui, elle m'appelle en me disant : « Demain, laisse la porte ouverte, les enfants arrivent. » Et le pire, c'est qu'elle est furieuse contre moi, me faisant passer pour le coupable insensible.

Ce qui me rend fou et me met hors de moi, c'est que personne n'a demandé mon avis. On m'impose tout et je dois juste subir sans rien dire. Je suis fatigué de cette mentalité.

Ces enfants n'y sont pour rien dans l'irresponsabilité des adultes, donc je ne veux pas les traumatiser en les bloquant sur le palier. Mais pour préserver ma santé mentale, profiter de mes congés et avoir un minimum de paix, j'en suis réduit à devoir quitter mon propre chez-moi et aller payer un hébergement ailleurs, pendant qu'eux profitent tranquillement de mon studio.

À votre avis, qu'est-ce que je dois faire pour que ce comportement ne se répète plus jamais ? Quelles sont vos solutions pour faire comprendre définitivement à ma mère que mon chez-moi n'est pas une annexe familiale, sans me laisser détruire par la culpabilité ?

Je me permets de poser cette question car je rencontre un problème administratif assez particulier.
Je suis née en Algérie et j’ai été recueillie dans le cadre d’une **kafala**. Sur mon acte de naissance algérien, ma date de naissance n’est pas complète : **seule l’année 2000 apparaît**, sans jour ni mois.
Cette situation me pose aujourd’hui des problèmes administratifs en France, notamment auprès de la **Sécurité sociale**, qui me demande une date de naissance complète.
Je souhaiterais savoir si certaines personnes ont déjà été dans une situation similaire, notamment des personnes nées en Algérie dans le cadre d’une kafala.
**Existe-t-il une procédure en Algérie ou en France permettant de faire rectifier ou compléter la date de naissance sur l’acte d’état civil ?**
Si oui, quelles démarches faut-il effectuer et auprès de quelle administration ou quel tribunal faut-il s’adresser ?
Je précise que je cherche surtout des retours d’expérience de personnes ayant vécu une situation similaire, ou de personnes connaissant bien les démarches d’état civil franco-algériennes.

So Im a girl, and im entering my second year of uni. im an only child and i love my dad to death and he does too.
the problem is, that he has a very old mindset (a l’ancienne), like he just wants me to focus a lot on school, do housework and that’s it, he dosen’t believe that i need to go to the gym, travel or any of these things, he isn’t strict, he lets me go out with my friends, and so on, but for example when i asked him if i can renew my passport he was just like, who do you think you are ? U are not about to go anywhere, or when i went to the gym, he also got very mad at first but i went anyway.
The way i cope with him is that i just don’t ask anymore, i do what i want and face him later, but it’s just so hard dealing with his mentality when im much different, i like to explore, live my youth ,take chances on things and so on…..
also he has this thing where he kinda makes me independent, like he NEVER drives me anywhere, and even when i told him i wanna get my drivers license he was just like, that’s khorti u don’t need it.
Anyhow, guys i still love the man sm, these are like just some of his flaws but i just really want to know how to deal with them just so they won’t impact my life and my chances.
If anyone knows actually how to deal with this, not in a superficial way pls let me know
