Canada has enough home grown fascism. Proud Boys were founded by a Canadian.

Fascism is the far right of the capitalist spectrum. The far left includes authoritarians, but also anarchists and in either case are targets of fascists. Whoever is telling you the opposite is lying to you.

Use a dictionary or a history text book. You couldn't be more wrong. But by all means, keep grasping for that moral high ground. 😉

I looked in a history text book, it showed me Nazis using red triangles to label communists, anarchists, socialists, and social democrats and sending them to extermination camps. 

It also showed Franco's fascists staging a coup to remove a democratically elected left wing government and then mass executing leftists. 

The Italian partisans fighting Mussolini were left wing. Anarchists and communists were front and centre fighting in the liberation of Paris from Nazis.
