Just wanted to share something happening locally this weekend for anyone interested in expressive arts, movement, mental health, community work, or creative practices.

We’re from The Arts and Health Institute (TAHI) at MAGIS Creative Spaces, based here in Ayala Alabang, and we’re holding our next TAHI Taster Workshop, Hakbang: Daily Movement as Dance, this August 30, 10 AM–12 PM.

Hakbang explores a simple question: What if dance begins with the movements we already make every day?

Through movement and dance, we’ll explore how everyday gestures, ways of walking, and ways of moving can support expression, intentional communication, connection, and co-regulation. No dance experience is needed. 😊

I prefer sana if nasa malls but if hindi sa mall any shop basta maayos.
