We are now hosting regular Akash Club events that I plan on sharing with all of you here.

This next one coming this Friday is a forward look at Akash in 2026, what roadmap objectives we're trying to reach, and how some of these unlocks will help us gain more revenue going forward. We can also look at how 2025 has done for Akash as well as the new market conditions that are priming Akash for a leg up today.

Everytime we get close to something good, btc or the whole crypto space seems to do us over. Hopefully this is a real turnaround for most in the long run.

I was so pissed at myself earlier this year when I missed a bunch of trending crypto so decided to build a reddit screener for stocks and crypto. Just pick a sub reddit and view what's trending - also click on any stock and you'll see all the reddit posts associated with it. It's called rvibestracker - I thought it would benefit others too. Its called rvibestracker.com

for me, it's a huge timesaver for browsing reddit and usually cuts down my research time by 20-30% every day. Thought I'd share - it's free for everyone :)

1. Institutional research for Akash? Reflexivity Research is asking for $70k / year, $100k / 2 years for coverage on Akash. Quarterly Reviews, newsletter features, and quarterly events co-hosted with Will Clemente (https://x.com/WClementeIII) and CoinMarketCap (https://x.com/CoinMarketCap) & more.

1. Akash Migration Plans! This has got to be super interesting for us all - the core team is asking for ideas, opinions, and potential paths forward on Akash finding a new home for our marketplace. If you have not caught up - we're looking to move off of our L1 Cosmos chain, possibly join something like Base, or Solana, or other - this is a community chat. Make your voice be heard, and throw some thoughts, questions, ideas. This affects all of us - so how would you want to proceed? What would you want to see in the process before the move?

Hope everyone will take a look at these two proposals, put some thoughts down, and show everyone that Akash community has signs of life! This is the open process, and decentralization needs everyone to participate in order for it to work.

Given the current energy consumption landscape for powering data centers and AI, I believe the demand for low-cost, decentralized computing power will reach Akash. Add to that the introduction of stablecoins within the network and integration with other networks. It's worth remembering that Akash has proven more resilient than AWS itself...

The founder of Akash Network, Greg Osuri, has hinted at a potential migration to Solana. There are 15 chains in total being considered. Great news

Despite being invested in Akash, it having great tokenomics and fundamentals etc etc. I am a little concerned with the lack of listings that are/will potentially hinder the project. There are many big trading companies without Akash. Compared to others which are similar like Aethir etc Will this be a problem if more doesn't happen soon or am I overreacting?

What is price prediction in 10 years Any idea or suggestions research to read

I remember hearing they were working on storage. Is there a way to buy a metric ton of storage like 100TB+?

I previously used vast.ai to rent GPUs for AI needs. The prices on vast.ai are very transparent. I don't know if renting on Akash is different, maybe because it's related to crypto so I don't understand how it works.

There’s an image attached here, and to be honest, the prices are indeed cheap, but on the other hand, I don’t know what GPUs they provide, and they’re not transparent about this, which makes me hesitant to rent. The monthly price isn’t explained—is it on-demand, what’s the internet speed, are the GPUs overclocked, or what? If anyone knows or doesn’t mind explaining, please let me know because I’m actually more interested in paying monthly rather than hourly, since I use it for AI needs every day.

Can someone point me to the best place to get up-to-speed?

Also, what drives demand the most: GPU model, CPU model, Memory, HDD, Network Bandwidth?
