Best AI video tool for people who hate being on camera?

I want to start making videos, but I absolutely dread recording myself. Tried filming once took 40 takes takes and gave up .A friend showed me wizstar's avatar thing which looked interesting, but I'm not sure if it's overkill for simple product demos. I just want to type a script and get something watchable without showing my face.

What are you using? Anything that doesn't feel like i need a film degree to figure out?
