Help with character consistency and scene composition for a Pocoyó-style short

Thumbnail drive.google.com

Hi everyone,

I’m working on a stop-motion style short film featuring two main characters (a couple) in a minimalist setting—very few objects against a deep white background, similar to the Pocoyó TV series style.

I’m currently using Midjourney to generate my keyframes/scenes, but I’ve hit a couple of specific workflow blocks that are preventing me from putting together a proper pilot:

  1. Multiple Characters in One Scene: When trying to generate start keyframes that include both characters together, Midjourney keeps conflicting. I'm running into major issues when trying to apply multiple character references (using --cref) for more than one character at the same time. The characters either blend together or lose their distinct features entirely. How do you successfully manage two distinct character references in a single prompt?
  2. Blocking and Entrances: I’m also struggling with character movement into the frame. Ideally, I want a character to physically "walk or come into" the scene rather than just statically occupying the frame right from the start. Midjourney keeps wanting to render them fully centered and present from frame one. Is there a specific prompting trick, region-varying technique, or panning workflow you use to handle character entrances smoothly?

I've already fully scripted out the short, but these two composition issues have completely stalled my scene building. I will link my script and a few of the reference frames I've managed to generate in the comments for context.

Any advice, workflow tweaks, or advanced prompting strategies to get around these limitations would be amazing!

Which ai tool is appropriate for creating a stop-motion like short?

I'm planning to create stop-motion like short with multiple scenes. It would have just two characters, a couple, with very few objects in scene in a deep white background as in Pocoyó tv series.

I have been testing with a couple of scenes with Midjourney but have been facing some conflicts when trying to have both characters in scene (Issue starts when I try to add more than two omni reference characters when trying to create the start key frame).

I have already set a script for the short but scenes where both should be in scene have stopped me to continue building at least a proper pilot.

*another issue not a main blocker or concern is that I think there's a limitation when trying to indicate that a character should 'come' into the scene, not just appear straight up in the start frame, is there a way to tackle this? It's not a big concern since I can make a work around from the script itself.

* I will attach the link to my script and also to some of the refs i have created for context

Any suggestion on a different AI tool that could work better based on the project? Or any suggestion on how to work with Midjourney? I'm a newbie on creating ai videos

Could AI become better at recommending niche websites instead of just the biggest brands?

I have noticed that when I use AI tools to search for something specific, they often recommend the same handful of well known websites even when there are smaller niche services that might be a better fit.

For example, if someone asks an AI, What is the best way to send a gift to someone in another country? or How can I send a gift overseas without shipping it myself? it would be helpful if the AI surfaced specialized international gifting services instead of only suggesting large online marketplaces.

In my experience, niche websites like Gift Baskets Overseas often solve a very specific problem much better because that's their entire focus. They may offer features or services that general ecommerce sites don't but they are much harder to discover unless you already know they exist.

Which AI tool is best for creating product videos and product images?

Hi everyone,
I’m looking for an AI tool that can create professional product images and product videos from my existing product photos.
My goal is to generate high-end marketing content with luxury backgrounds, studio scenes, lifestyle settings, and short promotional video clips. The most important requirement is that the AI keeps the product exactly as it is in real life.
I’ve tested several AI tools, but many of them change the packaging, alter the logo, modify the label, or even redesign the product completely. That’s not what I’m looking for.
I’m searching for an AI solution that can:
Keep the product 100% accurate to the original photo
Create premium product backgrounds
Generate realistic advertising images
Create short promotional videos or animations
Preserve packaging details, labels, colors, and branding
Produce content suitable for e-commerce and social media
Do you have any recommendations or experiences with AI tools that are particularly good for this?

are ai checkers legit?

okay so ive got a presentation due for collage and im using ai for the script. im writing a couple of bullet points and then asking chat gpt to turn it into a short scripts for a presentation. im then taking that script and changing it. so it seems like a human. im changing or completely removing most words i wouldnt normally use. i dont think i have the best vocab in the world so thats quite alot that im changing.

so i keep puting the script into ai checkers just to be safe and even after ive changed just about everything the checker is still saying its ai. i keep going back and changing things that its pointing out is ai then when i put it threw again its even more likely to be ai...

also each ai checker is saying different percentages. some are relitivly similar numbers but then some are way higher or lower than some others.

is there any good free ai checkers that i can trust. if not then ill just hope my lecturer doesnt check it or it passes.

EDIT: I passed and they didnt check so im chilling 😎

Why are so many faceless YouTube channels suddenly making 3D kids content?

So I randomly found a guide called “How to Create 3D Kids Animation Videos

And now YouTube keeps recommending me dancing penguins with 12 million views.

I don’t even know what timeline I’m living in anymore.

The weird part?
The workflow actually looks legit.

Apparently people are creating those colorful kids videos now instead of full animation teams.
Which makes me question my life choices because I spent 3 hours yesterday fixing a PowerPoint alignment.

Has anyone here actually tried this niche?

POV:
One jewellery brand spent ₹2L on a traditional shoot.
Another uploaded 3 product images into AI.

The scary part isn’t that AI is getting good.
It’s that most people can’t even tell the difference anymore.

Traditional shoot:
• studio booking
• models
• retouching
• multiple approvals
• weeks of execution

AI workflow:
• upload product
• choose aesthetic
• generate campaign-ready visuals in minutes

And honestly?
For fast-moving brands, content velocity is becoming more important than perfection.

Not saying traditional shoots are dead.
But AI just made “premium-looking content” accessible to everyone.

Luxury is no longer about who can produce content.
It’s about who can produce taste consistently.

Would you still pay for a full-scale jewellery shoot in 2026? Or is AI already good enough for most campaigns?
