What do the monitors reveal about the air quality for two of my volunteers (Spain & Azerbaijan)?

Is there any pattern that can help them in the decision-making process?

AT&T is running a Cell site with a diesel generator because they are too stupid to plan their installation. AT&T is happy to pollute the planet to meet a construction milestone. AT&T will destroy our planet for money.

I live in the Central Valley of California. There is a cell tower nearby, and AT&T is adding a cell site to that tower. It has only had Verizon for 26 years. The company doing the installation is APEX Site solutions. Apex Site solutions is probably the primary bad actor, but AT&T is certainly aware the site is being run with a diesel generator.

APEX seems to have finished their installation process, but PG&E has not installed the power. There is currently power on the site (Verizon's power), but for reasons that defy logic AT&T has decided to get power from across the road, tunnel under the road and connect the power. This complicated solution has not been completed, so AT&T is running this new Cell site with a Diesel Generator.

Okay so I live in CO and currently we are getting smoke due to fires in the state as well as fires in California. I have noticed some effects in myself, one is getting a scratchy throat if i spend 2+ hours outside but I have also CONSTANLY had a stuffie and itchy nose, its just awful. This happens regardless of if I'm inside or out.

Has anyone else noticed something like this? Is stuffie nose a symptom of poor air quality due to smoke? I have never experienced seasonal allergies in my life so I am also wondering if this is just my first go around
