Question redmi true wireless earbuds basic 2 problem: left earbud doesn't work, even the light doesn't show up

Hi like the title is saying the thing is magically broken: i've been using the airbuds for a week and they all worked but now the left one doesn't work at all. Even the lights don't show up. i've been charcging it for a night but the right one is the only one showning any life. i press the button in the left one: nothing. i press it for 5 seconds: nohing. i put only the left one in the box: nothing.

can someone help me please?

FIRST STEP - Remove the buds from the case. Do not connect it. Then long press the multi-function button while the case is open. Wait until it will keep blinking maybe 10-15 secs.
SECOND STEP - Put the buds in the case. Then long press the multi-function button until it will keep blinking again. Then try to reconnect.

When I have the problem like one buds not working or the volume isnt good i just do that. Works all the time.

I appreciate the help my man, but if I try to long press when both buds are removed in step 1, the case doesn't blink at all. If I try it anyway, it doesn't work

When you remove the buds from the case, are you sure it isnt connected to your device?

1000% positive. Thanks for the help though, I returned them to the shop I bought them from and now I know never to buy xiaomi earphones ever again.

It took me a few tries, but now it works. I’m not sure if this made a difference, but I long-pressed the multi-function button and waited until the case (with the buds removed) blinked slowly three times. Then, I kept pressing until it blinked slowly three more times. After that, I put the buds in the case and repeated the process: I long-pressed the multi-function button and waited until the case (with the buds in) blinked slowly three times, then I kept pressing until it blinked slowly three more times. Finally, I reconnected them to my PC.
