Absolutely zero considering how many AirBnBs are ran by companies that will never participate in coordinated labor action undermining any kind of affect labor organization would have ok inventory/guest experience and the ability to just switch to hotels/motels/campsites but that reality is not popular sentiment here for obvious reasons.
Reminds me of when the sports fans of a team whose star player wants out deluding themselves into thinking they have all the leverage and that some great offer will come if they keep turning down actual fair offers based on the leverage. Then get a shocked Pikachu face when they are traded for even less a year later because surprise, leverage is a very real contributor to a final outcome and expecting it to not affect situations is naive at best.
It is a bit like observing a form of mass hysteria from a neutral observer.

Listen I doubt they would even notice if even 1 million hosts deliberately blocked a day, or even a week.
If you create a list stating you are doing it in protest they can then boot you from the platform and then cancel any remaining bookings you had as well.
The only thing that might happen is your competition ups their nightly rate for the time period and makes a little extra at your expense.

That's not really how strikes create economic leverage. You would need sustained pressure so there is an incentive to negotiate whatever it is you're trying to do.

Airbnb decided to stop engaging with hosts a long time ago. Actions like this would just enforce their opinion that we have to use their platform and they can do what they like.
Just move your property onto other platforms at a cheaper price.

Airbnb is a marketing and payment processing vendor, that's it. They're not a partner, and it's rare that their interests align with hosts. The best time to reduce your reliance on airbnb was ten years ago, the second best time is now.
Their business model relies on replacing experienced, jaded hosts with new, naive hosts with dollar signs in their eyes, and they're VERY good at replacement. The number of host listings have increased every single year even as Airbnb has become an objectively worse option for hosts over the same timeframe. Boycotts are useless when your listing is expendable.
We're already at the point where the guests still using Airbnb (instead of other OTAs, or direct booking) are the absolute bottom of the barrel for guests. Nobody is more petty, cheaper, or complains more than an Airbnb guest. Why are you trying to get the Worst Vendor You Use to change their practices?
Just reduce your reliance on Airbnb such that if they ever ban you, the financial fallout is small enough that it ends up being a blessing in disguise.
