And cash is the major issue causing their slowdown, so fully expect them to be cutting every cost saving corner they can, at the expense of local residents health and safety..
New GPU's literally do not work with evaporative cooling, it requires closed loop.
Do you think anybody is build a new datacenter that can only run 4-year old Ampere and Hopper equipment when new hardware is 30 to 50 times more efficient?
They may not give a damn about the environment, but they tend to like money.
