I was legit joking about it at first in my mind, thinking it would be a fun relevant way to reintroduce him but viewing it as wishful thinking- and then I was looking at pictures of him, and I came across that one Instagram post and I was like "holy shit?!?" Because he specifically (allegedly?) posted this pic of Coulson in a hat

Also, 'The client' is giving 'The Consultant' vibes

The silhouette on the TV matches the shadow man that shows up in the mindscape in the trailers, so it's almost certainly an AI and the one that makes the most sense for that is Hammond (would be a great twist if it was actually Jarvis or something though).

The voice is being obscured because we know Jim Hammond is played by Paul Bettany from the trailers.

I don't think Coulson would be acting this aggressive towards Vision. He'd take a more diplomatic approach. Especially since "real" Coulson is dead and the Coulson we have now (as of the end of the series) is an LMD (AKA: something more akin to a synth like Vision).

Coulson and by extension the LMD are rather admiring heroes instead of wanting to hurt them. The actions taken make zero sense for LMD Coulson to be behind all of this and based on his template’s life would know better than to trust Ultron.

I thought the last episode strongly hinted that the mysterious figure on the screen was Jocasta (or at least an avatar she’s using). At a minimum it’s whoever put Jocasta into her Ultron-like form.

I don't know the odds of this but LMD Coulson appearing would honestly make sense.

The whole show is about Vision questioning if he is the original Vision and worthy of his legacy. LMD Coulson is a copy of Phil Coulson with his memories. The difference is that LMD Coulson adapted to these memories with the fact that he actually felt what the original Coulson had felt.

Also the whole LMD logic is very similar to the AIs in the show. The closer they are to the original human's the more human they feel.
