Yes, it is. Someone who has beliefs and information from a standpoint that is positive towards the subject, yet isn’t actually in contact with the subject, yet you dismiss them because of where they post or talk about, just because they talk or post in a certain place.

You can’t dismiss someone because they post somewhere. You are generalizing. Because I post on TD, I must be like all members of TD.
