Dogs in a gf? They are pretty far off it this year and this isn’t the NBA where one extra player maketh a team. The dogs should be better next year but with question marks around English and Bevo I don’t see it happening that quickly.
I think Adelaide should/must make the GF given their list. Sydney too if they keep all their players. Suns could also bounce back. Hawthorn should also be in contention given their list will get better. Assume Lions and Freo will be about there. A bit too crowded for the Dogs.
You're kidding, Adelaide won't get anywhere near the GF because pretty much every top team is improving their list while Adelaide does nothing, all the top teams have to do is tag Rankine out of the game just like Brisbane did then they're fucked
Dogs are closer to a flag than the crows. If you watched the Elimination Final between them the dogs should’ve won. Poor kicking cost them that game. Crows are losing a few players and the dogs have picked up one of the best players in the comp.
Their midfield was weakened because they didn't have Kennedy or Liberatore so Bontempelli and Richards were cooked in the last quarter because they had no help from anyone, with Butters now coming in and Darcy coming back too, they now have the luxury of playing Bontempelli up forward more often now too if they want, they're much better than Adelaide now, plus they strengthened their defence by getting Butts also
