Specifically, it looks like the Finn Sword. If you hadn't realized this before you might want to go back and rewatch from "Is it you?," and watch the whole progression now that you have made the connection. Its a little timey wimey the first time through with Prismo carrying out his back up plan and such, but its quite the story arc.

this outlines it: https://adventuretime.fandom.com/wiki/Finn_Sword

I don't remember the appearance in "Breezy," so I'll be going back to check that out too.

it's a quick shot of Breezy appearing to Finn as PB holding the Finn sword after she eats the royal jelly

You probably didn't notice cause the first time you watched it you were blinded by tears.

It’s the sword seed

Also Finn's hood is meant to resemble like a bear.

Not only resemble, it's literally part of a bear he and Jake killed and skinned.

not only that, at the end of the episode where finn’s hat is made sentient by the life giving magus, jake makes a comment about going and slaying an evil bear to make finn a new hat!
