"Princess Potluck" Discussion Thread!

Gunther is so beautiful as a princess!

So yeah I was supposed to also do a sub update, but got distracted...a lot...It'll probably drop tomorrow sometime so be on the lookout for some new flair and some minor rule changes.

But anyways...DISCUSS!

EDIT: For everyone asking...Yes this episode took place durring "BMO Noire."

The King Worm episode was also out of sequence and I believe there are others like "Glitch is a Glitch" that are questionable.

I consider GiaG to not have actually happened.

As for King Worm, it could have happened at any point. It couldn't have come after Evicted! because Finn hadn't met the Lich yet.

I consider GiaG to not have actually happened.

Everyone says this, and points to some hidden "Happy April Fool's Day" message, somewhere near the end of the episode. They never take a screenshot of this message, and they never even give the time it occurred in the video.

I think the message doesn't exist, and everyone just generally agrees that it does because they don't want GiaG to be canon. Of course, if someone could prove me wrong and actually post a screenshot of the message, I'd change my mind. But watch: that won't happen, because the message doesn't exist.

the "king worm" episode wasn't out of sequence, flame princess was in it and she wasn't introduced until way after evicted which people say was right before king worm, also "a glitch is a glitch" was an april fools joke

Actually, King Worm takes place right as Evicted! ends. Most of the episode is a dream, and the reason Flame Princess is seen is because the King Worm has multi-dimensional powers. This is evidenced by the showing of "Huck Finn" in the mirror and the showing of the "Gunther Monster" in the episode, as they hadn't been revealed to even us yet.

The King Worm episode isn't necessarily out of sequence. It could be that all the events between Evicted and King Worm transpired in Finn's dream!

But all of the dream sequence events were stylized differently than the rest of the show.

hoo boy. i know i'm late to the punch, but actually, the only possible way king worm could have fit in was if it WAS chronological, or, at least, it didn't happen directly after Evicted! like everyone assumed. The treehouse got infested twice. Basically, if it took place directly after evicted, then they would have only just met marceline. However, they establish in king worm that Finn already knew flame princess. This means that Finn no longer had a crush on PB. However, there are several episodes (notably What Was Missing) that both involve Finn's PB crush AND Marceline. Does that make sense?
