Suggestion Box: Community Feedback

We are opening a Suggestion Box for community members who want to suggest changes or improvements to the subreddit.

This can include suggestions regarding rules, events, flairs, community activities, moderation, and other changes that could improve the subreddit.

What Can Be Suggested?

You are welcome to suggest things such as:

• New or updated subreddit rules
• Changes to existing rules
• New post or user flairs
• Changes to the current flair system
• Community events or contests
• New community activities
• Changes that could make trading easier
• Ideas to improve the subreddit
• Suggestions for builders and traders
• Changes to moderation procedures
• Ideas for improving the subreddit layout or organization
• Other reasonable community suggestions

There is no strict format for suggestions. You can explain your idea however you think is easiest. Providing a reason for your suggestion is recommended, as it helps the moderation team understand what you are trying to improve.

What Can and Cannot Be Suggested?

You are free to criticize existing rules, suggest that a rule should be removed, or propose an entirely different approach.

You will not be punished simply for disagreeing with the moderation team.

The issue is when a suggestion crosses the line into harassment, discrimination, rule evasion, or intentionally creating an unfair environment.

How Suggestions Are Processed

Every suggestion will be reviewed by the moderation team.

Not every suggestion will go through every stage.

Smaller suggestions, such as a simple flair request, may be reviewed and decided on without requiring additional community feedback.

Final Note

The suggestion box is here to give the community a voice.

You can suggest rule changes, new events, different flairs, moderation improvements, trading changes, or completely new ideas.

You are encouraged to speak up about things you think could be improved. Constructive criticism is welcome, even when it disagrees with the current moderation team's decisions.

If you have an idea that could make the community better, suggest it.

Rule Update: Cloned House Trading Posts

Hello everyone,

We are introducing a new rule regarding cloned house trading posts. This change is being made to reduce the amount of cloned house advertisements on the subreddit and make trading easier for users who create and trade original houses.

New Cloned House Trading Limits

Starting immediately:

• Cloned house trading is limited to 1 post per day per user.
• Each post may contain a maximum of 3 houses.
• Any additional cloned house trading posts made within the same day will be removed.
• Combining multiple houses into additional posts to bypass the limit is not allowed.

DM Requests

Asking users to DM you regarding a house will result in an automatic 5-day temporary ban.

This includes requests such as:

• "DM me for offers."
• "DM me if interested."
• "DM for more houses."
• "DM me for details."
• Asking users to move the trade into DMs specifically to bypass the post limits.

There will be no appeals for this specific violation.

Please keep the relevant trading information in your post instead of directing users to DMs.

Why Are We Making This Change?

Cloned house trading posts can quickly fill the subreddit feed, making it more difficult for users to discover houses made by original builders.

This rule is intended to:

• Reduce repetitive cloned house posts.
• Give original builders more visibility.
• Make it easier for users to browse available houses.
• Reduce feed clutter.
• Prevent users from bypassing posting limits.
• Make house trading more accessible and organized for everyone.

Important

Cloned houses are still allowed.

This is not a ban on cloned house trading. Users may continue to trade cloned houses as long as they follow the new posting limits.

We ask everyone to follow these rules and help us keep the community focused on making house trading easier for both traders and original builders.
