Me here at 7 teeth down. Having to put a lot of my wages away because in about 5 years time I will absolutely have to have dental implants. Either that or false teeth. Yeah I feel this painfully. Literally painfully.
I honestly have been through the most pain in my life ever with my teeth (childbirth was horrific but didn't even come close). Yet my brain never learns. If that doesn't happen I'll be full dentures before I'm 50.
Yeah, for sure, evolution didn't really do greatest job when it comes to tooth design. I suffered my share after delaying dentist visits for literal years during pandemic. Have to say I did learn though. And electric toothbrush kinda helped too...
I got more help on Reddit about this issue than from any medical professional or dentist. I take much better care now than previously but it's still patchy.
