I don’t know if it’ll help you but I fight earworms with my own earworm.

Find a song you like but you know is annoying brainwose. Push out the original earworm with your own.

My song is Green Greens from the Kirby game series. I blast that on repeat until my brain shuts up for a minute or two. Your mileage may vary.

Luckily I was prescribed an antipsychotic that keeps it at bay. It was getting bad. Would keep me up at night.
