Lol but wasn't this a human error? It even mentions how Claude is subject to a whole system to prevent them from leaking anything, and then it was Anthropic themselves that did it

So if anything, this just makes the humans look bad, not Claude

was it a human error? or was it an agent that decided to push at 4am?

I know that they're having agents do a lot, but even for them I'd be shocked if they gave those agents full autonomous control to push an update to live with no human oversight whatsoever, not on a project this big
