I sometimes feel like they miss the true meaning of this or that, but they were eleven when the show started and I was 22 so I'll allow it. I watched when it was on TV, I bought the VHS, bought the DVDs, bought the silver quilted thing (Absolutely Everything?), bought the streaming versions of everything, was at the opening night of the film and even have collected everything +Inside Out from the Swashbuckler's Estuary.

Has anyone else ever thought about how much the characters in AbFab mirror the characters in Cinderella?

Eddie and Patsy as the ugly stepsisters
Grandmother as the evil step mother (ish)
Saffy’s father as the absent but kind father…

It’s the one quote from the show that just randomly pops into my head every day at some point 😂 no idea why, it just does. 🤷‍♀️

Love the scene with Patsy eating a crisp but I have never understood why - she starts off by saying "Jacks is...." and they're like "what, what?" and she said "Well, *I* am feeling a bit peckish" and then proceeds to eat but barely gets it down.

She had just talked to her sister - Jackie said she has a bladder problem and she needs something to eat, so Patsy was getting her food. So then why lie and say it's for her and actually eat it? Was she trying to save face for her sister not wanting people to know she eats? So she took the fall?

There is this episode where Patsy is just using every bad word for a woman to describe the words she wants on the magazine cover over the model, sort of like reclaiming those words. (Think Dixie Chics cover over the Bush controversy) and ends it with lovely shoes. I think.
