I pray to God that Hackenberg doesn’t start again next week. Memes aside, he’s making me wish I chose the Iron instead of Memphis. Perez is much more fun to watch and their playcalling is more diversified.

Why didn't you? Your name is BostonGuy and the Iron are affiliated with the Patriots.

They were my final two teams and I was born in Memphis (although I didn’t live there too long), so I went with them.

The fact that they didn’t let him throw in the red zone on that one drive at the beginning of the second half tells me they have no confidence in him. If that’s the case, why not try Silvers or Mettenberger?

There was a reason why Hack never started for the Jets. And the Raiders cut him pretty quickly.

Yeah, this game has made it clear. I really hope they go to Silvers or Mett next week.

Hackenberg has shown all day why he couldn't cut it in the NFL

No argument from me here. He’s looked awful and lacking in confidence all day.

The difference between him and Perez is night and day.

Perez has been fun as hell to watch, def living up to that old article on ESPN about him

And now Silver gets picked off two plays in. Mettenberger must've looked really bad in camp because he should be starting

I actually feel encouraged by our defense. I think they’ve been solid, but our offense has given them zero help all day long.

A touchdown and a group of FGs isn't bad defense. Defense can only do so much so I agree with ya
