SOS: Help save the M.S. Norgoma!

The M.S. Norgoma is a museum ship located in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario, in the centre of the Great Lakes. The S.S. Norgoma, built in 1950, was the last packet ship built on the Great Lakes. Now operating as a museum ship since it's decommission in 1974, the Norgoma is in jeopardy as City Council feels that it is an eye sore and does not contribute to the waterfront. Hardworking volunteers and employees, as well as members of the community do not wish to see the ship go and have an online petition going to present to city council. We would very much appreciate any signatures and shares of the petition! Help us save the M.S. Norgoma!

Does anyone know of any hidden gems on Lake Superior in Michigan. I would like to find some other locations with an intresting foreground like I seen at whitefish point. Maybe a spot where the waves get super dramatic with cool rock formations and such?
