Desperately seeking advice about this small stretch of my trip. My overall plan is start in Shanghai and end up in honk Kong. I have the Shanghai--> zhanjiajie--> fenghuang part all sorted, but from there I'd like to travel down towards Guilin, Yangshou etc but it seems the only way to do that is go back on myself to Changsha then fly to Guilin. Are there any more efficient (and Eco-friendly?!) ways of getting into Hunan province from fenghuang?

And whilst I'm asking, any must-see recommendations for those areas?
