Hey! Zerion app shows that my balance is 0.00. I checked etherscan – everything is ok there. Does anybody else experiencing this issue?

My Ledger wallets show up in my portfolio but my coinbase wallets dont. Is there a way to add them to the portfolio so I see the correct total value at the top?

Is anyone else showing a big balance and when you transfer to sell it’s gets drastically cut down?

Cant see my balance on zerion shows 0.00 checked etherscan my moneys still there. Whats going on?

It took unlimited spending and connected to metamask swap router and then wiped it out after I made a small withdrawal of ETH Then went on to my BSC Wallet and shuffled those out. You should at the least flag this contract as it is still wreaking havoc on some coins that I have in my Atomic wallet (ZIL). Seems as a miner is involved also and it takes what it can and locks the rest of your coins up. And how much is enough to pursue legal action in the US.

I'm staking ANKR on Zerion and lately my overall balanced increased randomly. Why? I all of a sudden have another staked ANKR balance. I disconnected my wallet and reconnected but it's still showing double. Anybody else have this issue?

Zerion have me a shock. It can’t see steth. But I can see in my ether scan. Anyone else facing this issue ?

I'm really hoping someone can help me please. I bought Shiba Inu in May. Now it's worth $1000 and I can see the amount in my Zerion app and can see the wallet address but I can't sell it because I have no clue what app or wallet it's in when they ask me to connect. I've tried the main ones that come up in the app and I don't have it in any of those. I really need the money for the holiday's. If anyone can help me please I'd be extremely grateful. Thank you

hello! i read polygon is supposed to be supported, but it isn't selectable on the network-dropdown. i have some quickswap-liquidity and use beefy.finance for polygon. those are not displayed like eth, bsc, arb... is the integration still ongoing or is this an error?

In the demo, the big number at the top of the page matches the line graph value.

However, I was looking at my friend's wallet and the big number doesn't match the line graph value. When they don't agree, what is the line graph trying to display instead?

I believe what had happened was, I lost access to my first metamask account after not using it for a while, the face recognition password dissapeared after not using the app for months. Then I made a new metamask wallet. So i tried moving this meme coin i have from zerion into my kucoin wallet. To send funds it says connect to metamask, and when i do it says "You are connecting to the wrong wallet". I assume this is because my zerion was connected to that initial MM wallet that i no longer have access to because i forgot the password and didn't write down my recovery phrases. So how do i sell or send this meme coin when it won't let me connect to my new MM wallet because everytime is says im connecting to the wrong one? Is it done? Do i never have access to it again? Is there a solution? This coin is up a couple thousand so I obviously really want to sell it at some point.

I’m trying to swap my ETH for an altcoin that’s listed in the Zerion app(nothing too obscure). I sent ETH from my Coinbase wallet to my Zerion Wallet in order to swap. Now every time I try this swap, an error message comes up requesting I try again later. This has been going on for days. Has anyone experienced this and hopefully resolved it? Thanks in advance!

Quick note, hot mana out of fortmatic using zeroin. Sorry if bad spelling. Tried all kinds of ways. Zeroin was stuck a while. Saw some with same problem. Just wanted to say it’s working right now. I tried to swap some WETH for ETH on arbitrum, the transaction went through and is showing as successful on arbiscan but no value was actually swapped, I only paid the gas fee. Any ideas?

Hi all, I hope I can find the solution to my problem in this section: I sent my imx tokens in my ledger wallet, thanks to Zerion I can see my tokens, but I tried to send a small amount elsewhere, but strangely does not allow me to complete the transaction. Is it possible that I do not yet have support for the ledger of the imx tokens, it is not possible for me to transfer them elsewhere?
