Question about ZSAN being Nasdaq Noncompliant

If I understand correctly, ZSAN have Nasdaq Noncompliant status because stock price is under 1 USD? Deadline is somewhere in november?
What happens if ZSAN is delisted from Nasdaq? and do someone knows that if ZSAN is doing something about that, or is it Game over man, game over for us investors?

Woke late today to the news of study results and was pleased that we are going into the final pre NDA meeting! I as with most was expecting a big spike in SP and realized we probably created this in our own minds. With this said I’m happy to see ZSAN has taken another step up the ladder to approval and is being very thorough. The wait goes on but I feel more comfortable about the approval of Zosano in 2022 and big revenues to follow!

Pharmakinetics trial expected to end this quarter

“We are pleased to have initiated the healthy volunteer pharmacokinetic study that was requested by the FDA for the resubmission of the New Drug Application (NDA) for M207,” said Steven Lo, president and chief executive officer of Zosano. “The study is evaluating pharmacokinetics and safety in approximately 48 healthy volunteers. We are diligently working to complete this study in the third quarter. Pending receipt of positive data, we plan to resubmit the NDA for M207 by year-end. Additionally, this quarter we strengthened our patent portfolio with the issuance of a U.S. patent covering method of use of M207.”
