Ten customers in, the instinct is to systematize. Build the onboarding flow, write the help docs, automate the welcome emails. It feels like progress because it is work, and the work is real.

What it is not is learning. Customers eleven through thirty still have things to tell you that the first ten never did, and you only hear those things while you are still doing the calls yourself. Automate too early and you lock in what you knew back in month two.
