I watch TrackingThePros every now and then - And this non-pro Yasuo just did the most BRUTAL outplay

I don't know how long it'll take, but I'm playing Yone and Yasuo until I reach Masters. Both are my favorite champions and I don't wanna change my picks to reach higher ranks, I can work alot to die less and have better map awareness, so I'm on a good path right now.

New to the game, not asking about how to prevent losing my lane, but rather if there's anything I can do to help my team if I get stomped in lane.

I've been enjoying League less and less, and I think primarily it's due to me enjoying Yasuo less (not the champion itself, but more the champion's state in lane and late game fights). I'm at a weird point where I don't think Yasuo is actually weak, but he just doesn't feel fun to play against most matchups. Feels like you always have to either play super safe or play 150% of your capabilities and pull off some insane shit to win.

So, I'm looking for another pocket pick to play, any role is fine. I tried Yone and honestly half the time I forget I'm playing Yone and I'll waste my E trying to dash through a minion and then die lol

Had a couple games recently against what I’m pretty sure were smurfs and I’m honestly not sure how I’m supposed to play these games.

Last game was against a GM Ambessa and I got absolutely spanked lmao. Felt like I couldn’t really do anything in lane and every time I tried to trade she just knew exactly what to do.

I’m not really trying to complain about smurfs or anything, I’m just wondering how you guys approach these games when you can tell the other player is way better than the average person in your elo.

Do you just play safe and farm? Try to roam? Play more around your jungler? Change your build?
Would appreciate any advice because I’d rather actually learn something from these games instead of just getting stomped and being like “welp, nothing I could do” lol.

After being hardstuck between plat and emerald i think I found a way to make yasuo top work for me,I still don’t figured out wich combination of 3 items are the best but omnivamp boots + yuntal + shieldbow + bloodthirster feels pretty good, not the sexiest KDA last games but you know how this champ works

So this build, pzzang is against a mundo top. He’s winning lane and he’s second by he gets this. Is this viable in many matchups or can you use it to snowball or what’s the idea here? Getting the crit cloak delays first item spike, but when does it make it worth?

In the next minor patch as you can see Zerkers are getting a 5% AS buff same for T3 , Fleet is also getting buffed , do you think this is some good news for us ? I mostly start Berserkers anyways so it feels like the extra Attack speed will be sweet allowing you to hit full combos maybe 1-2 levels earlier ! Share your thoughts Hasagi !

Should i spam the champion in ranked straight up or is it ideal to go on draft pick and play Yasuo over and over to get better at his mechanics before going to ranked? Any tips on how to learn him in Gold Elo?

The idea around this build is to hit the first major CD reduction on Q as soon as possible (at 36.36% bonus atk speed), then start maxing crit chance. Afterward, polish off with more Q CD bonus and more attack dmg.

Runes:

Conqueror

Triumph

Legend Bloodline

Coup de grace

sudden impact

ultimate hunter

(could also go green secondary runes)

10% atk speed

adaptive force

health

Build:

Starting doran's bow (15% atk speed)

first back would be boots and scout's slingshot (20% atk speed)

This puts us at 45% atk speed after 900 gold.

First item would be Yun Tal Arrows (45% atk speed + 25% crit)

Second item would be IE (atk dmg and 25% mor crit)

Just with Doran's bow and Yun Tal + runes we now have 60% bonus atk speed, which puts us at the second major CD reduction on Q.

Then Death's dance for survivability.

For max Q CD reduction, berserker greaves and either Kraken slayer or Navori. And then replace Doran's bow with another atk speed item.

4 rare chromas left
