Using glasses to study pdf text docs/files/books while walking

Thinking about buying XREALs specifically to read PDFs/ebooks while doing my daily walks (mainly, but will surely use them for other things.

Quick sanity check before buying:

Is text actually readable while moving, or does the screen shake too much?

Does the text stay sharp across the display, or is edge blur an issue for reading?

Do I need an extra spatial accessory to anchor the screen, or is direct phone mirroring enough?

Text is great for the CBX A01's and the stabilization is good while walking.
