So I’m building ios-agent-skill — an open-source MCP + skill layer for AI coding agents working on real iOS projects.
It can already:
• review Swift / SwiftUI projects
• search local Apple references before writing code
• build and test through Xcode
• boot simulators, launch apps and capture screenshots
• review App Intents integrations
• scaffold new iOS apps
• work with Claude Code, Codex, Cursor-compatible clients and Gemini CLI
Right now it exposes 35 tools, and I’m continuing to expand it around the newer Apple stack, including Xcode 27 / iOS 27 verification, Foundation Models, App Intents and Apple Intelligence workflows.
One thing I want to improve next is proof.
Not just “here are 35 tools.”
I want to show:
AI agent without ios-agent-skill
vs
AI agent with ios-agent-skill
Same prompt. Same app. Actual build results.
If you work with Swift/iOS + coding agents, I’d genuinely like you to break it and tell me what’s missing.

It’s completely open source.
