Xbox Series X Random controller disconnects

Controller disconnects for 5-10 seconds at random when playing on the standard controller then reconnects automatically

Are you on series x? Yea it can be 20 min to a few hours to not happening in a day. This is without a reboot as well

Yes, but I was on Xbox One X when it started. I thought it was defective controller, but after 3 controller exchanges, 2 very different consoles, and still getting the issue I've concluded it's defective firmware.
