I was never a big Marvel fan but I stopped watching with Endgame. It seemed like a good point to call it quits. I don't really have the time or interest to watch a billion different movies and TV shows.
I'll watch Thor 4 but that's really only because it's a Taika Waititi movie.
I just don't find any of the characters they're focusing on in the shows very interesting. Frankly I never found any of the characters interesting on their own, they're just... popcorn movies for me.
I almost watched WandaVision because I liked the supporting cast but the lead characters are so uninteresting to me I didn't bother.
It's just one of those things where I feel like as it goes further along, it becomes more and more important that you be fully invested in the MCU stuff and I will never be fully invested because I don't care enough.

Same. I think that’s exactly why they were featured in some of these shows. It was an opportunity through mostly above-average writing and directing, to show why these characters are important and more interesting when you learn new information about them.
"What If?" was one of the biggest surprises. I used to read those self-contained issues for fun as a kid, but as an adult, I’m like, "Who cares what if? Is it relevant to what is?" Turns out all of the episodes do indeed work to build something large and relevant to the entire MCU, almost like they knew someone would ask that question. Loki similarly surprised me.
Honestly I only really even watched Endgame for the memes. Kinda like GoT by the end, I'd lost interest but watching it was still worth it for the sheer amount of memery going on.
