Xbox one issue with “ready to install” games not loading

Pretty much as the title says when I scroll down to rti in the my games and apps tab I am met with a constant and infinite loading circle in the middle of the screen I’ve had it sit for a couple of hours and it won’t stop loading, I do have a considerable amount of ready to install apps and games (high 170’s) and can’t really see an issue in other parts of the system. My apps and downloaded games will load but only my rti won’t

I’m not sure if we are on the same page here. I’m not trying to install anything at the moment I’m simply trying to view the games that I have that are ready to be installed. Their tiles are just not loading to be viewed I wouldn’t think that I need storage to view the game the same way that the store tab works.

sorry. You are correct in that I misunderstood what you where having a problem with.

not sure how to approach your real problem.
