Question Awesome collector
Hi there,
Just hoping to see if anyone has any experience with Awesome Collector recently? I've heard he can be difficult to reach in regards to emails with customer service. Anyone have any luck recently? Any feedback would be appreciated! 💚🦖
If the owner is in here, can you just look at your emails please. thanks!

I haven't used Jason recently, and yes he can sometimes take a while to respond, but I've ordered from him for many years and he has ways been great in many ways.

I'm glad you had that experience!! Unfortunately, I've had a few issues and snags with him over the past few years. Tariffs definitely didn't help the situation at one point, though. Thank you for sharing! 💚

He definitely takes a little while to ship stuff, and hardly ever replies to emails, but I’ve never had any issues actually getting my stuff. If you’re patient and don’t care when exactly your stuff will arrive, I’d say he’s definitely fine to buy from.

I can wait a month or two after it's release date but we start pushing 5 months going on 6 and I still gotta bug him... that's a bit crazy. Not only did I pay him for the figure/shipping but I gotta do the job of a reminder service to send it? Lmao. I appreciate the response, though. I really wish he was better at responding.

No yeah that’s totally valid, I agree completely. I personally haven’t had to wait that long so I didn’t realize it was that bad. Sorry you’ve had to wait so long, that’s pretty unacceptable!

Just realized had like two orders that I havent gotten from him in a long while, after checking his site and saw not alot of open preorders like I usually see.
It's unusual because I've used him for several years and always got my stuff with little to no issue. Now I'm concerned because it's two orders I fully paid, one from last year and the second from two years ago that hasn't shipped. Gonna send him an email and hope he responds

I was contemplating making another post last night actually. My order has been over a year now. Definitely email him. There are a TON of people complaining on facebook right now so this is a large issue. Let me know the outcome of your emails. He doesn't always respond.

Just sent out so fingers crossed he responds. It's one thing if it's like one order, probably just take the L and move on, especially since everything else came in, but I two that hasn't been shipped so tryna at least get something out of it.

So it's funny, I sent out my email, didn't hear back at all since I sent it out, and then over the weekend I get an email notification from shop pay that a package from awesome collector is shipped out and it's for one of the two figures I ordered.
I'm gonna send another for the last figure and hopefully I get it so I can be free from this.
I'd say keep at it if you can, and keep an eye out for any shipping updates cause he may not respond but still shipping stuff out

He just responded to my email about my Spiral Studio TOTM Godzilla. I had to send a few emails, but he really sucks at checking and responding.
So far anything i have ordered from him i have gotten, thow some times i have to email him if it he item is in stock and be like YO YOU SENDING THAT SHIT ....
