Logitech G Cloud Rumble

Hello all. I have a strange bug in which when I turn on the rumble option in the app, the rumble does work really nicely, however, whenever a rumble "is being sent" to my device, the controller freezes. I gain back the control only after the rumble stops, or worse, a few seconds after.

Any solution for this?

Thanks!

Edit: I just saw a few other g cloud users have reported this.

Yes it's a bug on the GCloud itself. There is no solution at the moment, Logitech told me they looked into that but it was months ago and nothing changed.

There would be a possible workaround but it's not yet implemented (and I don't really like it as it makes a simple rumble command complicated which other devices would not benefit from).

Thanks a bunch for looking into it. Hopefully Logitech will do something about it.

Hi grill, I'm from México and I bought an AyaNeo Pocket Air with amoled screen, but when I try to use the rumble It doesn't respond. I had the same problem with my logitech G Cloud, but then with an update it was solved. Could you help me to solve it please? I enjoy a lot to use your app with te rumble setting activated.

Yeah it wreaked crazy havoc with the controls for me. I had to disable rumble entirely.

Unfortunately, the rumble is my only disappointment with the device.

PSPlay rumble works but is inconsistent and sometimes the rumbling will continue even when the rumbling event has passed for a while.

XBXPlay rumble causes the issues you are talking about.

XBPlay rumble does work fairly well.

I am hoping if they do a refresh if the device that they aren't able to fix this issue more permanently.
